      @@hybridresistanceI think they mean like a workout plan. Like a 7 or 28 day program with planned workouts/ videos to do on each day. You could probably just make one using the videos you have already, and post it in the community section. It would be fun for new years I think.

U ever want to visit to Gods country free accommodation 🤘 I’ve had the Total Gym for years but have followed the channel for ages! The missus and I need to get it going. Your vid’s are so quick n full on! Anything we can follow and just stic then progress? Once was fit if u could coordinate your vids we could follow for a journey would be great! Great work champion.     Your total gym videos help me a lot for exercise ideas. I had a question, my wheels are scratching the rails and taking the paint off, is that normal for a new total gym?

      HI brother. Were you the one that recently emailed me? I'll just answer you here, that you can get scratching, but yours seemed a bit excessive for being a gently used one. I'd check the wheels on yours to make sure. Most of the scratches on mine came when the glide board came off briefly. I'd also also reach out to randy at Huck Products as he could give you the best answer on this.

I am thinking something was off a bit because it didn’t happen to my old unit. I will give it another try tomorrow and see. I am definitely looking into huck for an upgrade

    Push day, Pull day, then leg day?
    Is that a thing? I never heard that one.

      Yes indeed chest/delts/tris, back/biceps, legs.

    what do you mean upper lower body split? like 1 day upper, one day lower, then rest day, then repeat? could i do a specific core day instead of a rest day? or maybe a flexibility training day?

      Yes, exactly. Upper body day (chest, back, arms, shoulders), Lower body (legs, some core work, and optional cardio). You certainly could do a core/flexibility day instead of a rest day as well.

    I’m glad you know I’ve seen great gains and a lot of people don’t have this equipment because they think it’s you know it won’t get your rest but the wrong egg and I knew that you know and it’s not like you have to have the total gym there’s a generic one for think two 9999 the Wheater, which is a little longer actually But if possible if you could show me like the best full body like 20 minute workout that would both burn fat you know I only have a C I have 12% body fat which is definitely not bad because I have a lot of muscle but I’m looking for I mean the workouts are definitely get me muscle but maybe a fat loss one for that machine thank you and keep cranking those videos out
