I like that they extended the roof to connect to the guest suite.

$213,000 for sale wow when it only cost them Abt $50,000 the build or shall I say for finishes.
Karen obviously you have no clue there were $22,000 in impact face $40,000 for the lot build the floor in building codes all with professional licensed subcontractors in fact if you can do it for 50 I’ll buy a dozen right now cash on the spot
@@glengibellina4526 Still too expensive! Where the 147,000 ? On appliances,and Big screen TV! Contractors are stealing from peoples,because this is a new style of building even though they don’t need to put up walls,and roof.
Karen- the good thing is that no one is forcing you to purchase it. The time and craftsmanship that goes into the finish costs money, too. It’s not merely materials that add to the price, it’s cost of labor, permitting, lot cost, etc. For the market in Florida, this is a more than fair price.

Great idea but would be better if the house is rounded. Rounded? - it would withstand a hurricane better, since round corners would cause strong winds less resistance 😉

Florida allows container homes in some counties. There some nice ones in northeast Fl. Check out Prince Road Container House. And Gainesville Container House. 👍
"LOCAL ARCHITECTURE?" There's nothing around there. It has promise and needs more outdoor quality living space. It looks like a trailer house. The price for Bradenton, Florida is a bit much.
