I made a super broken archer warpriest by going half orc (with the tattoo alternate) Molthuni Arsenal Chaplain 6/Evangelist 10/then back to Chaplain. Follower of Erastil to get Deific Obedience bonus at lvl 16 to add wisdom to my archery and go into Sayan mode early. After lvl 9 I picked up Nature Soul, Animal Ally, and Boon Companion to get a large wolf that I can clone once a day with the 2nd tier Obedience unlock
Hi Im kinda new to the cleric list of spells. You mentioned a couple spells in the video. Could you recommend a couple more. Or do you have a video that talks about spells? Any help will be appreciated.
The one character I have to show for playing around with this class's archetypes was a solar priest (Shield Bearer archetype, Sun and Strength blessings, for flavor more than effectiveness) whose deity's sacred weapon was actually a tower shield with the solar ensign upon it. The imagined player behind the character had played too much WoW and was thinking in terms of tanking.
I can understand how that one goes haha I played way too much wow when it was new and shiny. Though in Pathfinder 2e that might be a really strong playstyle, since shields are getting buffed really hard

One idea I was thinking of could be a Zen Archer War Priest. Run 3 levels of Zen Archer to get Wisdom to hit on a Bow, your choice composite or Long, and then you just need to focus on your wisdom stat to hit an,d Bulk and Strength to for dmg. Plus with casting being Wisdom based, you're going to get more benefit out of doing so. One thing I rather like is that since you now qualify for it, via the monk levels, Take Snake Style. you can make your AC based off of now your Sense Motive Skill + an Attack of Opportunity in the event it gets past your regular AC
It could work! It's certainly faster than waiting 20 levels to get WIS to attack on an obedience, though I like being able to eventually add both DEX and WIS to hit. You'd get a bonus Weapon Focus as well, so your warpriest levels could grab your scaling damage to whatever melee weapon it is you'd want. I've heard a lot about Snake Style, but I've never really read too much into it. It looks strong, but since we only have one immediate action in a turn and it eats our next turn's swift action (which I just learned a few weeks ago, RIP my swashbucklers haha), we wouldn't be able to use fervor after a use of snake style. Otherwise that's probably the best style feat ever.
My character going to be Barbarian 5 (Archetype: Urban Barbarian) and Warpriest 15 at level 20. I'm building him as a tank that can heal himself and others when needed.
Also of note that the sacred weapon ability effectively gives you full bab at lvl 20. (although not as high as a true full bab could be. It is sill 20 with no effort from the player) (15+5=20 for those that didn't pass gym class) great vid btw very informative! I will be giving this a go..
Skills are up to you, depending on what you want to do outside of combat. We have a session 0 video in this series that's all about the big 6, check there for your gear!
Honestly I like vanilla warpriest just fine. There's a 3pp archetype that gives you some druid spells that I like, but other than that I usually just play vanilla Or sacred fist sometimes.
I am missing how you are getting Air Blessing and still worshipping Erastil? Is it just the argument that this a pantheistic world? Not sure that would fly with most GMs since you are getting your spells and abilities from one god, not the pantheon.
And TBH I am totally OK with switching deities around as play progresses to go to Erastil, because a longbowman truly cannot ignore the huge buff he grants in high-level play. Now, the phrase "Not sure that would fly with most GMs" seems a little subjective to me, really neither of us has the ability to go out and ask every GM ever how they feel about this, but IMO I think it's fine in-lore to worship both. LG and NG are not far from one another, and so I don't think that level of pantheism is a stretch personally, unlike wanting to worship, say, Shelyn and Rovagug. Again, if your GM does not want to allow this, should your game approach level 20, convert to the worship of Erastil.

I'm looking into doing something very similar to this but alignment N or Evil for a Angel of Death kind of character. What would you suggest?

I got a build going for a whip war priest, you did a video about a river diety and lord that made me think about how to play that in a game.

A quick question on the damage at the end . How you manage to add +11 from str mod while the max we can reach is +5 with a composite bow ?
I don't think there's a limit if you use the adaptable enchantment on your bow.
