I just ordered this washer and a Dryer from Costco to replace my 10 year old washer and 20 year old Dryer. I hope both last me 10+ years. Thanks for the demo. I think the downloaded might be for the app that you need to download on your phone, which adds extra washing cycles that can only be control from your mobile phone.

In my Samsung SmartThings Ecosystem, I have my Samsung Smart CU 7000 75 inch TV and Samsung Smart washer and dryer.
Yes I discovered that feature on my Samsung phone when I was making the video like I showed. It's a nice ecosystem they have going, to be able to see all your Samsung devices in one place.
Along with my doorbell.
You’ve used too much laundry detergent and softener for that load. Remember, much less detergent is always better.
All He washers use far less water than older washers from 25+ years ago. If you dump in too much detergent, you'll only wear the machine down sooner, and your clothes will not get thoroughly rinsed or cleaned.
I've read positive comments about Kirkland detergent, so there's no need to double up on the dosage.👍🏾

Well mine has an automatic dispenser, that won’t happen because it automatically dispenses the optimal amount of detergent.
During rinse cycle, the tub spins counterclockwise while filling and clockwise during sensing and spin. And the wash plate and the tub spin in opposite directions during agitation.
With my smart washer with an automatic dispenser, we can fill it all the way to the max line which that’s where is covered by the cap and automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent.
Oh really? Is your smart washer the same as this model?

I also have a matching dryer with my WA 55 A 7700 AV washer but the number is: DVE 55 A 7700 V
Oh so you have the complete set, nice! I think I'll be leaning in that direction for the my dryer as well. Samsung makes some pretty good products.
