I think Galactic Renaissance is supposed to be something like a "spiritual successor" to Inis. Looked interesting but chose not to back it and wait and see since I really like Inis and I don't get to play it enough as it is...
I think the word "generic' is thrown around a bit too much to describe games in recent years. Not everyone plays 1,000 games a year, so something generic to you might be something new and fun for others.
I don't think any of the Boring Unboxing episodes can top the one that was mostly office supplies.

I was intrigued by Build War because i love the designer, but i cannot stand or support that AI art.
