To over priced .. even though I live in bridal path that's way over priced .. i also livein china and have a house here but lot of american and canadian are moving to china,korea , singapore ... better pricing and high pay compare to inflation but eventually will be over pirced .. signapore is already expenisve but certain area you can presconstruction for cheaper price

I would move there if I could, or Japan. 2LD in Japan is 1/10 the price of here and there’s more opportunities for employment

The glass on the balcony seems a bit low. A deal breaker for someone with vertigo.
You could rent this for $1500 a month 8 years ago. These investors are just getting silly at this point. They’re trying to sell one apartment to pay for the whole building 😂
