I have to disagree about the improved indoor air quality statement. Ductless systems have less filtration compared to a 1 inch or 4 inch media filter on a standard central system. Ductless units just aren’t designed to filter air at a high Merv rating. Good video with many good points, I just didn’t agree with that one. Keep posting great content!
Good input! I think the point we are trying to make is that ductless doesn't have to travel through any ductwork to distribute air. This minimizes the risk of having dust circulating through the house that accumulates in the ductwork. Good point on the high merv rating: although on average most homes do not have an upgraded filter box that allows for a thick filter. Good points though!
