Sure is a pretty spot to go hiking. Thanks for sharing........
been there many times to camp and hike
bro the waterfall was tiny
But the trails were kinda nice
I'm going up this way in a few days. How hard where the last to parks for hiking. I have bad knees and want to do several smaller or easier hikes in the 3 days I'm in Shawnee forest.
When we went, we did Ferne Clyffe, Giant City, Bell Smith Springs, Rim Rock, and Garden of the Gods at Shawnee over the course of 2 days. We walked about a mile or two at each park, which was enough to explore each park’s best spots. Garden of the Gods is the most famous place at Shawnee and I recommend watching the sunset there atop a rock bluff overlooking the valley, we did that and it was very scenic. The hikes aren’t strenuous (winding dirt paths through the forest) and I found it was the perfect balance of exercise and scenery. Enjoy your trip!

Thank you. I appreciate it. Did u tent camp? If so can u tell me where.
@@samanthadodd8112 No problem! We stayed in a hotel in Paducah, but most of the parks had campsites, I’d try to find their website and reserve the spot online in advance.
