    Same! Been transitioning from a “junk food vegan” to more Whole Foods plant based! I always feel better when I consume fresh and Whole Foods! ❤

    Lol! Love the snacking on carrot bit. I much prefer raw sweet potato over carrots, but a good hummus or guac makes it even better! You're doing great, keep it up!!!!

One tip for eating more WFPB: keep an eye on the amount of sneaky cheeky sugar that you're consuming in all of your snacks, coffees and breakfast foods. Those can add up to quite a bit per day and reverse the impact of your more healthful meals. Sugar is so addictive and most people struggle to cut back 😭 Keep on your journey! x

    Lovely video Susan, really enjoyed it. The snacking on carrots bit made me giggle because I don't enjoy snacking on raw carrots neither but I wish I was one of those. Been experimenting with snacking on microwaved and roasted carrots so I'm sure I'll find a way I make it enjoyable! Thanks for sharing!
