One can pardon grammatical errors cos English is a 2nd language here but when so called students in institutions of higher learning and graduates, youth corps members don't know full meanings of WAEC, JAMB, NYSC etc, then there is fire on the mountain. Ever since I was in primary school in 1990 my Social Studies teacher taught us to always know the full meaning of any acronym. I knew the full meaning of JAMB and WAEC even still in primary school and those have never left me till date. The truth is this: our reading culture is at its lowest, children aren't encouraged to read newspapers and magazines were most vocabularies, phrases,etc are learnt. It's a really sad situation.
Do the new generation read anymore. This Tik tok generation. Were most young people are not finding solid knowledge anymore.

WAEC pronounced as one word is different from W.A.S.S.C.E
