I just purchased this same model today but they didnt give the craft ice maker with it. Have I been scammed?!? I even asked for it but they didnt even know this thing existed.
the Craft ice is only in the model with a connection to the waterpipe instead of a water tank because it needs more water. I assume, you have the model with the water tank for ice?
Couldn't be happier to get rid of our landfill material I'm sorry LG calls them appliances a refrigerator that quit working under warranty that LG didn't do a thing about for 2 months endless promises to call back that never happened I don't know what's worse your refrigerators or your customer service.
