Samsung Model : CB-21H1T CRT TV Repair (slow to turn on / not turning on) Made in Europe

Now in summer this tv Takes up to 2 min to start but in cold weather it takes more than 30 min , or it doesn't start at all. The problem for this delay is the capacitor near the power Mosfet Transistor.
