I knew your accent sounded familiar. I have a couple of Congolese friends and I love the accent. Plus, being Cameroonian, your French accent was really comforting for me
Sis! With that budget, you can find properties around 100 sq meters west of Shinjuku. Tatami rooms are definitely a no-no for many foreigners, lol. Best of luck hunting 😊
I remember going to my friends apartment in Osaka and being confused at the fact that he didn't have a real front door, it was a shutter going up some steps and his living room and bathroom and kitchen had one entrance behind a door and next door to that was the doorway going up into the bedrooms and balcony. the hall with the two doors was just an alley! two keys for the rooms. LOL
I love apartment tours! If I could make one suggestion, could you steady the camera a bit more when doing tours? My roomie and I were watching and getting nauseous. But thank you for taking us along on this journey!
You would have to make a living room on the landing by the stairs and use the other area as a bedroom but I liked the look of that apartment but yeah keep looking the neighborhood was great though.
I remember those apartment-hunting trips. Good luck. Have you considered a little further out? I have a 3 bedroom (well two and a tatami room :p) LDK, about 100 sq meters in Musashi Shinjo for about 170k - 3 mins from the station with lots of shopping (even have a small family bakery less than one minute away - which is dangerous!). and a small park about 3 mins away. There are plenty of train lines to get you into the city within a few stops (Mizunokuchi and Musashi Kosugi). I imagine there are plenty of places like this around the area if you are willing to step outside of the city, and your budget would get you some decent-sized places, too. Again, good luck and I always enjoy your content.
wtf you watched free content and you're complaining. She also never says her salary; she states her and her partner's budget based on a percentage, so who are you, troll?

The first apartment was probably the best
The 2nd apartment made me laugh 😭. The windows reminded me of basement windows.

These apartments look quite gloomy and depressing. Almost haunting
Way too many ads and the intro was too long
You're beautiful
Gotta take that horrible music off

I earn (almost) according to my credentials. Complaining about what?
