Barend are you just a fan of honey or is there a reason that you use it.
I noticed in your videos that you like to start with it, then when things are a bit quiet with the fish you go back to it, or if you are pressing for a better fish then you do this.
I would like to know if there's any explanation that you can share with us, as to the effectiveness of honey as a dip.

Hi Vibhishan, thank you for the great question! The reason why I use honey is because it is a natural food source that I believe is very nutritious for carp. Bigger fish tends to eat foods that are more nutritious. Since honey has such a soft/sweet taste and smell, it will not affect a carp's appetite. We always say that even in the most challenging sessions, a little bit of honey won't do any harm!
