I never ever would've been able to get the torn piece of paper out without watching this about the envelope levers that open the fuser. Day saved.

OMG! You're such a savior 🙏...I saw my printer printing lots of pages and in my panic that I was wasting paper, turned it off! It got stuck so bad, that it tore as I tried to pull it out. I tried to access it from different angles, nothing helped.
All I needed was in the first minute of the video. I knew exactly what to do and it came out successfully. Thank you sooo much for saving me from stress!!

Absolutely perfect instructions! I think my problem is that I shouldn't layer more than one plain paper with a label sheet. The label is too slippery(bottom side) and caused the next sheet of paper to be taken in with the label. If my description makes sense... 🙄 I never had a jam until I tried to be efficient! 😁Thank you for making such a great video! Subscribed!

I took all the parts out indicated in the video and there is no sign of the 5 x 7 invitation sheet I fed into it. Rewind. Found it wayyyyy back in the output tray - perfectly printed. Thanks for the tour of my machine though.
