I get so excited when Julia says “I’m having a thought.” You just know whatever’s coming next is gonna be wild.
My first thought when Julia said, "how do I make drawing politics fun for everyone?" was to imagine two Neopets making out at a political debate.
I was both excited and horrified to see Karkat on the thumbnail and... yeah drawing didn't disappoint, him smiling alone felt cursed-
As the person who asked for no spiders, thank you for not drawing an actual spider. The arachnophobia is strong with me 😅
Thank you for your engagement!
I can’t believe Jacob almost drew a horse!
I’m so proud of him
I almost unsubscribed
it was like 90% horse
Julia: "The milk is healthcare."
*_She said the thing!_*
Genuinely one of my favorites so far. As someone who has read every damned page of homestuck i actually adore Jarkat.
I mean this in the most complimentary way: my favorite thing to do after work is to come home, open my curtains to let the afternoon sun in, put on the newest Drawfee video, and watch it until I dose off into a short nap. It’s gotten to the point where simply hearing your voices make me feel cozy and tired 😂. The vibes are always so friendly and chill, and the shared laughter must make me feel safe or something bc I am out and sleeping GOOD w these videos. Thank you for being a part of my routine!!!
Seeing Jacob, an artist whose style I love and whose skills I'm constantly impressed by, struggling and having such a rough time drawing a horse was such a self-assuring moment. It's like, no matter if you've just started drawing or have been doing it professionally for years, some things just stump you no matter what (and horses are usually one of those things)
Not gonna lie, even though I always watch as soon as I can: the homestuck thumbnail was an intruiging slap in the face. Surprising, painful and delightful.
Omfg this episode was so funny 😂
Chekhov’s Milk was great as was the callback reference to Julia’s “if you give a mouse a cookie…,” “what’s he going to want next?” “Healthcare”
Also Detroiters Become Humaners was genuinely laugh out loud hilarious to me 😂😂😂
Jacob: Tries to draw a sincere horse.
Also Jacob: draws Jacob horse 2.0!
Karkat is the platonic ideal of a thumbnail for a video entitled "Drawing Things Our Fans Explicitly Told Us Not To"
drawing suggestion: make up new experiments from lilo and stitch! most of them have names but not descriptions so it'd be up to you to decide what experiments such as snarfhonk, b.v. beaverton, and noidster would look like.
love this idea!!!
I'd love to see them draw some of the freakier ones
Oh!! That was something my twin sister and I would do so much as kids, like my earliest memories are of making dozens of hundreds of them throughout my childhood (then discovering Pokemon and doing the whole thing all over again)
This is a top tier suggestion omg
Oddly specific but honestly a great idea!
I know I shouldn't be surprised by anything they say. They're drawfee after all. But I truly didn't expect to hear the phrase "chekhov's milk" today lmao
Forcing Jacob to draw a horse was physically painful which is crazy cause the drawing isnt even that bad
Love that Karina drew Karkat looking happy in the jar. It's funny.
Julia unintentionally made a legitimate political cartoon.
The mouse is the American economy that, no matter how much you give it, will always demand more from you.
including the privatization of healthcare being that the cookie (us economy) is dipped in milk and of course disney is involved in the shadows being such a huge company with billions of dollars (the mouse)
i love the live tweet concept. this was a good time.
the extra element of unplanned improv adds a lot
the intro is giving "aren't you trying of being nice? don't you just wanna go apeshit?"
i saw karkat in the thumbnail and my fight or flight activated instantly
edit: ok so i got to the karkat part, and as a veteran homestuck reader, might i suggest that The Jar(TM) could have been swapped out with a bucket for maximum curse, if yall kno u kno
I don't know, but I like the energy here.
i agree that would be extra cursed but in defense of the Jar buckets arent usually transparent so it wouldnt be as good for the drawing composition
i wonder if theres going to be a render for the patreon......
@@shelbyherring92canonically, in homestuck the trolls reproduce by putting the reproductive fluids in buckets, which the empire’s robots take to the Mother Grub for use.
So buckets.

I dunnnnnoooo. With the reputation the internet has of putting things in jars and then leaving said fluid filled jar ontop of a radiator for an extended period of time........feels way more cursed.
I think the most disturbing part of this for me its that karkat's lil sprite is smiling. Yes, more disturbing than the jar. Also I love how every time they drew smth hs-related they just draw the sprites. No actual homestuck fanart in drawfee. I can accept that.
If there is a part 2: Julia drawing chibi stuff yet keeping it her horror vibes
