Only thing missing is sword play/duels. Would be cool if they implemented a mini-game so you can duel someone 1v1.

This is the best opinion I have seen on how to add a type of melee combat. Most of the others I have heard just won't work well in an MMO and would just be annoying but this actually sounds fun.

Its an MMORPG similar to WoW imagine your character is the boat and the ghost ship is a dungeon or raid boss.

i know weve waited ages for this and their dosnt seem to be sword fights or anything combat on foot but im pretty sold on this i miss ship combat from black flag and the only other game like this is either sea of thieves or naval action and sot is kinda meh and NA is pretty grindy
