Most replacement screens already have the solder in place, if you receive a screen and the power button does not work then lightly go over the solder joints to seat them properly. 90% of the available screens will not need this. Buy from a reputable seller on eBay.

Low to medium temp, nothing over 500 degrees. Keep heat moving. Use microfiber cloths and alcohol if needed

No, these are easy to remove intact. Use low/medium heat, keep heat moving and away from viewing area.
