The expression on Jamie’s face after John was nominated was honestly heartbreaking to me. You can see that after John said, “wouldn’t miss it for the world,” Jamie really thought for a moment that his father was there to support him and that maybe he did care about him after all, only to have that expectation totally crushed.
Loved this episode, it showed a little vulnerability in a few key players. So very happy Teeter stepped up to the plate and got to keep her job. The business with Lloyd about had me in tears he knew it was time to make amends with Walker and who knows they might even become friends. Sadly Beth found out the harsh reality of what she’s got herself in to and John, what can we say, the man is full of surprises! Oh how I love this show!!!
I agree, I’m so glad Lloyd made it right and got him that guitar. Happy for teeter as well, she really started to grow on me. I’m veryyyy curious how the jamie story will unfold as well!!
This was the best episode ever and there have been a lot of great ones. Whether Jimmy returns to the Yellowstone or not, considering the new girl he met, he is still going to turn into Jim the competent cowboy and all around good guy.
@@ericcarter2020 why Jimmie is at the 6666 now lol. You will be proud of him when its all said and done. I feel like Jamie will end up killing Beth in the long run.

Brett Lowenthal - I’m just guessing Teeter and Laramie hadn’t left the Ranch yet. Laramie will probably be gone by next episode, or someone’s gonna pay…
I absolutely loved this episode but I still find myself struggling with how John particularly is treating Jamie. Of course if you keep disrespecting a real man, he will reach his boiling point. I know everyone is on this Beth does no wrong kick but I don’t think she really wants to see Jamie in this arena. Don’t mistake Jamie’s wanting to be loved for weakness. This man now has a Dad(who I despise and clearly is thinking of himself more than Jamie) who’s he thinks loves him as well as a son who will learn to love him unconditionally as long as he continues to be in his life. A few seasons ago Rainwater said, “I think we’ve been worried about the wrong Dutton” speaking on Jamie and he is not wrong. There is nobody as dangerous as a person who knows the intricacies of the law as well as the dirt on his family. The Carter and Beth scene was also beautiful because Rip & Beth are slowly teaching him the characteristics of becoming a man according to them. Finally, Lloyd is as standup as it gets. What he did almost had me teary eyed. I hope he and Walker can be brothers from here on out and finally THANK YOU GOD and Taylor for bringing back Avery although I hate how she’s being used. I knew Taylor planted that seed seasons ago the way she looked at Kayce. Well done cast. What up Jimmy? 💪🏾
@@solarydays Yep, I hear you. It's why we all love the show so much. However, the show has enough conflict in other areas to go around. When the show first started I loved Jamie and Beth's rivalry and bickering. However, things have gotten so bad she can storm into his office and threaten his life now? A state official? Will she kill her nephew too? All of this because she's still upset about something I'm sure he regrets doing and is genuinely sorry about? There's enough conflict on this show so Duttons don't have to fight Duttons in my opinion.
@@solarydays So I wasn't downplaying it believe me. What Jamie did was definitely serious and more importantly dead wrong. Especially for a family that tends to do things with the next generation in mind like John. I know how significant that situation was. At the same time, Jamie was also young and in my opinion, just trying to fix the problem and didn't think it thru all the way. I believe he was more worried about his Father's reaction and reputation than how this would affect Beth. Beth and Jamie are only a few years apart. Why did she go to Jamie? Why not go to Lee? He was a grown man when this happened. She went to her brother she was close to at the time that she thought would help her while keeping everything hush, hush. Also, when we first meet them they were definitely more like typical siblings who just stayed at each others throats. Both were tolerable towards each other. Now things are much worse. Bottomline, I think Jamie gets way too much hate. Sorry you disagree...but we both are watching and enjoying a helluva show.
Exactly! He made a mistake when he was younger when he was trying to help his sister. So I understand why she has animosity for him, but now why is John trying to ruin his life? Everyone is saying “he’s not helping them catch the person responsible for the shooting” but they gave him every reason to not help them. Ever since the third season, they have been going out of their way to embarrass/ ruin him. And now taking away his moment to run for governor. I’m 100% on Jamie’s side in this whole thing.
@@dylancampbell52203 Bro, I thought it was just me. It’s like they’re forcing him to be the villain when everyone on this show could use a sofa to sit on and a counselor. John can’t even ask Rip if he would like to move into the main house. Like you said though, Beth being upset is totally understandable but John still raised that boy into a man. Sent him to law school and was there for him while his real Mom was dead and his father was serving time. Crazy how John has forgotten all this. Jamie is not the villain like everyone is making him.
In all fairness what he did to her was horrible and I can see her being like she is, she’s reminded of it every time she sees a baby or child. They were young but he should have told her and let it be her decision she may have made a different choice.
I liked that teeter is back in the bunkhouse she really liked being part of Yellowstone and showed John the brand, plus Casey got an admirer she looks stunning, I really liked this episode bcoz the last one was kinda going downhill. I can’t wait to see the next one and everything is boiling up to be fireworks. #YELLOWSTONE💯⚡️🔥
Man I love John Dutton and the ranch, but what they are doing to Jamie is so messed up, granted Jamie made his mistakes but he shouldn’t have to pay for them his whole life. I understand why he goes against the ranch now.
This is one KC character I absolutely loath along with that garbage daughter. Jamie is irritating, but it's understandable why he's drifted towards his bio-father.
You sure you understand? I doubt it! You got to remember it was Beth who told John Dutton that Jamie was involved in the attack on the family! Now you saw Jamie act like a coward when he saw his father name on the prison list. Then Garrett told him he was going to kill John Dutton. Or keep trying til he succeeded.
@@ericcarter2020 Although that is true, it still doesn’t change the fact that KC still wanted to screw him over and humiliate him with the nomination, even after Kacey told him that Jamie didn’t blink once when asked about the attack/info on the prisoner. For all KC knows is that Jamie is not involved in any of what went down, and he still wants to treat him like crap and expects Jamie to fight for him in return.
Love this show!! One of my new faves is Teeter! Boy, she looks just like her daddy and I'm thinking he would be proud! And I've always liked Jamie even though they portray him as evil. My prediction is that he will help save the ranch and prove his loyalty. That scene last week between him and Kayce proved where his loyalty lies and I don't think, in the end, that he'll betray his love for the family that raised him. Anybody else wish we could just have year round Yellowstone??????
@Kelly Long She does. She's an amazing actress. How she sounds on camera and when you hear her off camera . It was like omg lol She does look like her dad. 😊
Been saying this myself it would be such a waste to turn him into just some bad guy. in everything that Jaime has done that is "bad" there are justifiable reasons. the thing with him and Beth he was pretty young and pressured as a big brother to try and help his sister. running for AG the i first time he succumed to a woman who acted like she loved him and he followed that. finding out he was adopted is a traumatic experience in of it self and he has been following his real father. Jamie's issues is that he has never been his own man even when John sent him to be a lawyer that was not something he wanted. just hope they don't squander such a dynamic character.
Ok but can we talk about Kacey and Avery?! As much as I would love for Kacey and Avery to be together, I don’t think he will leave Monica. Monica is such a miserable person and whiny but Kacey is a loyal guy.
It's nice to add a little chaos in the script but make no mistakes about it, Monica will become a villain to defend her man afterall a woman's premonition is 99.9% accurate...and Monica is fully aware of the competition. I love the direction...
I think Avery will keep up until Casey has a one nighter with her. Enough to split his marriage up.RIP. think she may ask Casey to atheist have a beer with her ( slip him a drug and have a time he will not remember) trick him !
@@carolannc2336 I can agree with you on that I think this might’ve brought out Monica‘s own demons. But she also has to check herself because she almost cheated on Casey even though they were still married but separated at the time.
I just realized no one really talks about”Jaime”! How difficult a part he has because he is always being spit on!! He’s the one everyone loves to hate and being around all those good ol’ Dutton’s, he’s gotta be tough! We love you too!!!
Is it just me, or does anybody else not understand the hate for Jamie? Like, he made a mistake when he was a kid trying to help his sister. And now they are making his life hell for no reason. Like, if they would’ve just been there for him when he was endorsed, I guarantee he would’ve helped them. But no, the Duttons keep giving him reason to not help them.
@@fated0858 well what was the other option? He goes to Planned Parenthood and everybody finds out, including John and he abuses Beth? That was the only option. Is it fucked up he didn’t tell Beth? @@dylancampbell52203 there was no abuse and to avoid the family being embarrassed he sterilized his sister and now he his surprised that she hates him, she has every right to
@@fated0858 You’re, right, there was no abuse, because Jamie didn’t take her to Planned Parenthood clinic. And I agree she has every right too. But John doesn’t have any reason. I'm thrilled with this episode. I was beginning to lose faith in Sheridan's work with this season - things were looking chaotic and incohesive, but this one really starts to bring things around. *HOWEVER,* there's some glaring plot holes that still stand to be patched up.
Same. For example I like Jimmy’s storyline this season but I don’t understand how he’s able to break in horses all day after being in a full brace….idk if I missed something but seems like a plot hole.
Like why Lloyd - a man who has worked on the ranch his whole life and who has no bills to speak of couldn't pay for a second-hand guitar at a pawn shop? where is Lloyd's money?
I'm still confused as to why Beth hates Jamie. Was it really his entire fault that when he took Beth to have an abortion that she loses her entire reproduction system?
@@gypsyknight9564 That is difficult situation, that is met with an equally difficult answer... Personally I think they are both to blame. Unfortunately I have yet to see him stand up for himself, when Beth throws that situation in his face. It would be nice to maybe see him one day, tell her off, and that she should of kept her legs closed, or something along those lines. I definitely do feel like the situation is going to get worse, when Beth finally finds out that he has a child now. I can see her going absolutely ballistic, and going on a rampage.
Another episode of Jamie getting screwed. After this episode Jamie wishes John would have died. Beth just blames him for her problems like always. John screwed Jamie in this one and that smug smile he had when he did it. John forces Jamie to hate him more and more.
Hate is. Never satisfied some think revenge will replace it never happens eye for eye you get many blind people we need a solution the last will reveals that truth to all

Teeter is just great and it was obvious that most fans wanted to keep her. Lloyd bringing in that guitar was a great moment. At least nobody is calling Jimmy, "jacking Jimmy". Jimmy seems to be a chick magnet
It's almost odd that Jimmy is some sort of chick magnet. Maybe younger women can explain it. He's dumb as a box of rocks, and can't carry on a sentence of conversation w/ a woman. Somehow, that's working for him.
He's not a chick magnet, the first girl was going to leave him unless he keeps doing those rodeo shit, then the second girl is simply just out of options because there aren't that many young guys in the ranch. Then again, it's a freaking TV show.
I have been listening to Ryan sing for years I seen him in West Texas when I was working oilfields, I shook his hand at a truck stop he is down to earth guy glad to see him be as successful as he is .Love his music and his acting is to bad either!!!
Hah! I know. Beth’s behavior is more and more predictable and yet confounding, it drives me nuts that they’re making her so one dimensional. And yet I’m watching it to the end.
I agree! She was thrown out, so what was she doing back in the bunkhouse? Teeter had to apologize and ask to be allowed back...hmmm? And why were the women banished when it was the men who fought?!
John Dutton said to Rip get rid off all the women ! But why are they are still in the bunker??? they came in with no permission whatsoever from Rip? for Titter of course was different she was hired.
The Jamie story is very stretched. Randal suddenly has plenty of money and sympathy and trust even after the hit and the intention to keep on? And why did the unbranded girl get hired back? Try to make this semi-plausible, please.
I said the same thing today. I really loved this episode and its content, some more than others. Jefferson White (Jimmy) flat out killed me dealing with "The Nature of the Business" at hand literally. I'm still chuckling.

Because Kayce knows it's a lost cause. Kayce is the only Dutton not blinded by John. He knows exactly what John is all about and it's why he had to get his family out of there. He also knows Beth has her tentacles deep into John and has poisoned him against Jamie. It's just a matter of time before she poisons John against Kayce and he knows it.
Excellent series,! Though I read that Mr. Sheridan announced that the series will end after the 5.season what I think is a wise decision to keep the value and the quality of the story for not face a challenge to become like Latin soap operas, I will miss it. It is a big pleasure to follow the career of Mr. Sheridan but it came as a big good suprise his skills as a horse rider. Excellent producers, the whole crew and a beautiful country of Montana. I hope that the people of Montana will keep this beauty safe and protect.
When Lloyd walked into that shop to "trade" for a new guitar for Walker, he gave up what was probably the most precious thing he owned.......that buckle, I think that he won during a rodeo event (Angry American Tour, 2004). Now, I'm thinking that sometime, soon, Walker is going to notice that Lloyd no longer wears the buckle. And he realizes that Lloyd used that buckle as payment to replace the guitar that he smashed. What a great scene it will be when Walker goes back to that shop and pays cash for that buckle and returns it to Lloyd.
The scene where Jimmy rides back to the 6's, and is just dialed in with the horse, is a great little bit. You can see he's gotten comfortable riding. (No it's not in this video.)
It just occurred to me his name is John. John was Kevin Costners Dad in Field of Dreams. I wonder if that is on purpose since this is a show about Fathers and Sons.
Dang, finally made myself stop half way through. Haven't seen this episode yet. I'll at least keep what happens w/ Lloyd a mystery till we watch this one, which is damn well going to be tonight!
I'm getting tired of all this in fighting. Jamie vs Beth, Jamie vs John...etc. Its become a cowboy soap opera. Its also going to a place it can't come back from in terms of how far the characters have gone.
some of the lines have gotten so freaking stupid and kind of getting annoyed by beth its just too over the top now...have all the girl power in the world but dont take it to extremes...monica is gorgeous but wouldnt mind seeing kaycee geting some of the x wrangler/stripper
Noted one scene that John could have improved. When the Governor arrives at the Dutton Ranch and John dismounts his horse to walk and talk with her, he ties his horse with one of the reins. Real cowboys and cowgirls never do this. They keep a halter or bosal with a “get down rope” on the horse and tie the horse using it. To tie a horse by its reins invites possible injury to the horse’s mouth if the horse were to pull back if spooked. Minor technicality but shows the absence of horse sense.
I don't understand why John thinks his son Jaime would make a bad governor and go against the ranch's interests. I missed it! And why does Beth hate Jaime so much?
Sense when does Avery like Kayce? (This is the second storyline that I feel they are jumping into or rushing) If he cheats on Monica I'm going to hate these characters lol ) seriously though. However I do like Emily and Jimmy though. Lastly SO HAPPY TEETER is staying. BUT why is Laramie still there? She's a trouble maker and she doesn't wear the brand so when she was kicked out she should have stayed out...Like Teeter did all the talking to stay on the ranch ...it doesn't mean Laramie was included nor should she think she was and can also can stay. She didn't even ask and she is the reason why those guys were fighting.( Which I don't think is over) if Laramie doesn't leave. It could mean more trouble for Teeter ☹️

Tell a story not just oh hey their together now LoL. To say now she always loved him because it was a second thought. They could have had her fall for him by just helping her family. That would be a great start alone. Or have him rescue her from something else. Again build a storyline.
Love the series just wondering how they will close up all the plot lines. What will happen to the ranch in the end? Will Garret get killed and by whom? What will happen to Kacey and will Beth and Rip move into the big house? What will happen to Jami? Who else will go to the 6666 ranch? So many story lines to close in the three remaining hours of the show. I would hate to see the series end with everything up in the air with no closure. Here is a thought what if John, knowing the demise of his ranch is coming, gives all the land back to the Indian tribe? Now that would be cool! Indian land and nobody could touch it! Great show and sorry to see it coming to an end.
I feel like John was a real dog with regards to the governorship. He could have let him know he had the endorsement. The incumbent governor as well fumbled the bag on that. What Beth did was in character, but if John would let Jamie in it would only benefit him.
I’m getting very disappointed in Yellowstone producers…last night’s episode (12/19/2021) only contained about 15 mins of actual real Yellowstone content. They spent the remaining time pushing 6666 and 1883. Nothing about those 2 shows is pertinent to what’s going on with Yellowstone. Totally redeemed last weeks episode, I was so mad then they fired Teeter, made it as if the brand meant zero all the sudden, Last nights episode was so good!! BUT How did the other girl end up back in the bunkhouse?
Remember John didn't know they got the brand. There was some confusion there. Rip should have mentioned it sooner.
Brett Lowenthal - I’m just guessing Teeter and Laramie hadn’t left the Ranch yet. Laramie will probably be gone by next episode, or someone’s gonna pay…
Laramie has the brand as well.

I can’t wait to see the next one and everything is boiling up to be fireworks.

glad teeter is back have no clue why laramie is back
Man I love John Dutton and the ranch, but what they are doing to Jamie is so messed up, granted Jamie made his mistakes but he shouldn’t have to pay for them his whole life. I understand why he goes against the ranch now.
I feel exactly the same way.
Yes ! 11 episodes are not enough!!
I totally agree with EVERYTHING YOU JUST SAID. Man when Kayce said, I love you brother and Jamie said I love you too, that scene wrecked me lol.
Bro I feel so sorry for jamie

There are enough dirt bag characters on the show; Kayce doesn't need to join the ranks. He's the one character I can tolerate.

I feel the same way, I feel so sorry for Jamie now im team Jamie good or evil hahaha
He knew exactly what he was doing and did not care about the impact it would have on his sister
Enjoy the marinating with patience... it makes the meal so much more delicious.

Same. For example I like Jimmy’s storyline this season but I don’t understand how he’s able to break in horses all day after being in a full brace….idk if I missed something but seems like a plot hole.

I can't be the only one that feels bad for Jamie. Poor guy is constantly terrorized by Beth.
No I am a Jamie fan all the way and hate the way he is being treated.

Slow rolling train wrecks have that effect
Hah! I know. Beth’s behavior is more and more predictable and yet confounding, it drives me nuts that they’re making her so one dimensional. And yet I’m watching it to the end.
What I didn't understand about this episode is that blond floozy is back with Walker after she was fired.

Why has Kayce not gone to his dad about how Jamie was actually looking out for the family concerning the retaliation against the white supremicists.

Good episode but that was COLD, not giving Jamie a heads up before the press conference. Why make matters worse?
It just occurred to me his name is John. John was Kevin Costners Dad in Field of Dreams. I wonder if that is on purpose since this is a show about Fathers and Sons.

Remember when they made Monica an instructor at the local college? Yeah they dropped that storyline really quick.
They will be a season 5 and Rip says season 5 will be great.

It’s freaking ridiculous that it’s like sitting through a damn trailer for 2 other shows for an hour. Show freaking YELLOWSTONE content producers!!!!!
She is a great actress in my book Jackie McAdsms Amen.
Love this show! Go Duttons!
My neighbor's kid is 12 years old and I love it
By far the best show on anywhere it's shown
I'm so glad that the writers have moved away from Rainwater being a black and white bad guy. I feel that he honestly wants what's best for his people.
Hello ma’am, thanks so much and i really appreciate your love and support for my dad’s acting career... Ryland Cole Hauser...God bless❤️
What John did to Jamie was cruel.
"This is the way"
Oh god what did I do... I clicked this thinking it was really about Wolves in Yellowstone.. Oh how I have been cleverly deceived. =(
The first half of the show was really boring and needed some life.Indeed it got it the look on Jamie face was priceless.I have told all my relatives best show on tv period........
. . The first half . Had a whole Lotta Cowboying Going On . . Kinda what The Show Is Based on . . a city slicker might think it is boring . . .
Beth seems a bit thin. One thing I appreciated about her character was that she looked healthy. Now, this season…
I thought Teeter was the one that looked super thin
@@RuffNStormy John appears to have lost weight as well. Perhaps eating better because of the pandemic.
This is the way.
The one thing advertised on TH-cam more than Disney Plus...
Chester from Theresa New York can't believe how great Yellowstone is the sad to see it go off the air couple episodes left
Não sei porque essa série ainda não está na Netflix , é muito boa te prende do começo ao final .
Maratonei ele .
Kayce better not do something stupid. Hes the only one with some morals left.
