Xzi is a passive player playing in the center of his team most of the time. He is hard to dive or to pressure and his aim punishes every move that isn't perfectly coordinated. Paris played Fusion perfectly in that regard, interrupting aggressive plays quickly and taking space every time they were on 6v5 situations. Fusion was trapped. Then they adapted and it was another story ;)
Nebarkh In those video clips, there were no aggressive plays from Fusion. When the game was live, their tanks took maybe one engagement throughout the entire defense. Credit to Xzi on that Hanzo, it’s quite a monster pick, but the longer you spend on setup and rotations in a dive, the higher the chance of a pick from something like a Hanzo becomes. Hence why I say Fusion gifted them the map: they spent so long setting up and doing nothing Xzi had free shots on one person at a time, as opposed to a whole team. And then on second he and Hyp literally just spammed a corner

The offcentered character icons in the UI is really hurting me.
We played ranked last week on Junkertown, game was 3-3 after both teams pushed the payload through in overtime. We managed to get all the way through and get a 6-3, 2 minutes of overtime at least
Zenyatta is my support main and im so happy he's getting a lot of value here, Im good at zenyatta but many of the players ive been teammates with just dont take zenyatta seriously and tells me to change, probably because zenyatta's normal healing isnt rlly reliable, but still he's still pretty helpful, he's just weak in mobility and survivability, but oof This video brightens up my day

I mean, dont get me wrong, all of them have excellent aim and great situational awareness, but even they cant predict the exact movement of another OWL player and Pulse Bomb is always a gamble, even on that level (i guess). Of course a lot of this record time originated in smart plays and fast rreactions, but without that little bit of luck, they could have been stuck on B or C for far longer than they did.
CreepyCarrot yeh, but it’s the same for every player in the owl, when you pop off it’s a little bit of luck, but in this case it was not the only point that make them win, they used their ultimate really well at the wright time, their positioning where really good but yeh they get a little bit of luck, but on the whole match it wasn’t the luck, they just played better
So this is where they say, *You can't keep retreating every point* like in how Gold and low Plat players panic and retreat as soon as one player dies, despite being so closely matched in skill.
Can people not realize that Paris won the first two rounds just because they had experience with the hero pools from yesterday? Like if Fusion went against Paris from the day before Paris would have lost as proven from the next Paris vs Philadelphia game
I know why I hate the OWL so much now. Every team is literally copied to a tee. Shit is probably fun to play but is terrible for spectator. the way Akshon breaks this down is really great though
