    Hi Scott
A few years ago you did a Tutorial on how to create a Property Brochure, for an Agent who wants to showcase a house FOR SALE.
You did the floor plan and then indicated/demonstrated how the 3d model could be overlaid as a watermark on the floor layout.
Please post a link to that video.
    Thank you

Hello, Rafeek Hendricks. Here is an article that goes over that process step by step:

First of all thanks for video. Second One at 17:50 when I changed to Kitchen and Bath plan View - all dimensions which I've made were still there. I don't understand why. I did exactly as you in this video. All other things work fine.

Second Floor Question: I am designing and building a 2 story home with several elevation changes and several "open to below" rooms very similar to my home now. What is the best way to build this type of floorplan? Should I create the first floor with all the room set with a ceiling height of 12-feet and then build the second floor and select and create the spaces that I want to "open to below", or should I create the first floor plan with the spaces that I want a 24-foot ceiling on the first floor plan? My thought on this is that if I create the high ceiling areas on the first floor the framing material will be 24-foot continuous, and if I create a second floor that is "open to below" the framing material might call out 12-feet upon 12-feet to get the desired height. Furthermore every time I change a exterior wall on the 24-foot areas, the first floor will show finished drywall as well as the exterior of the second floor. If I change the second floor exterior to a exterior siding, it changes the first floor drywall to exterior siding. There must be a simple answer to this problem.

The best way to do this is to start on your first floor and then specify what areas you want to be open below on the second floor. Here is an article that goes over that process step by step: www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00078/creating-an-open-below-room.html

Hello, you are not showing the thickness of the wall, where in most countries exterior and interior wall differs. So wall calculations should be inl

You can customize the thickness of both interior and exterior walls. Here is an article that goes through the process step by step: www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-02944/defining-a-new-wall-type.html

Roof load distribution line displays automatically when walls are closed. Fix it

You can change the display for roof lines by selecting Tools>Layer settings>Layer display options and unchecking roof planes.
