It is a stunning looking thing, but couldn't stop thinking it's a 90 foot boat, that has only 3 cabins, none of them with full walk around berths and it needs 3 crew as well and one of the remits was to be able to see the sea while seated... maybe a catamaran would've been a better choice? Anyway, I'm sure the owner will have fun and no doubt they should be very proud of the fit and finish, those stairs are amazing. Cheers for the vid.
I’ve noticed that to a certain size, most of these large yachts only add more room for crew, and not guests. A catamaran would be better for guests, beautiful though this yacht is.
It’s interesting you say she is ‘different’, we feel like she is the most put together, well thought out livable space we have ever seen……oh and she can float you around the world effortlessly too.
Beautiful. Can you take her around the cape Horn or South Africa? How does she handle stormy weather. Wouldn't it be interesting to take some of these luxury boats out in the rough weather and see how they do? Can you do it?
My thoughts too. Retro shaped saloon top and all modern below yet perfectly consistent. I love the cascading stairs dripping from above to form the lower steps. So clever.
Lovely yacht, if I could i would own. For the moment i'll have to keep sailing my old but, faithful Beneteau First 265. Jeanneau 349, Beneteau 34.1 are on my list as a replacement. Also looking to see if the Hanse 348 is going to be replaced with their new design language. At the top end and HR 310 or 340. But man Y yachts have the wow factor !!!
The Yacht is very Grand, it has Presence, good for newely rich, for whom that wants to appear, i would not want the attention by those who dont have money, but thats Buyers choice! Awesome boat! .. also this is just a perspective from one Who dont have the money for this :(
Truly beautiful boat. Two omissions on the presentation: the owners en-suite and whether this has a lifting keel. Weird to have space for only three crew, and only then if the captain sleeps with one of them. Even if someone doubles as an engineer to keep all those systems running, you need a chef and a deckhand and a captain. On passages, enough crew to stand watches could use “guest” accommodations, I guess. Maybe that aft double is meant for that. But that would leave only one guest cabin and the owners cabin. Just seems inadequate on a 90-footer. That said, and as a fan of multihulls, I think those arguing for having one instead of this beauty are missing the point.
I just spent the first 10 mins of your review wondering what the hell was going on with the lights?! If it was some sort of display-mode disco nonsense, but think I landed on it being a phasing issue with the shutter speed of your camera?
Late to the conversation my apologies. Many novice questions in regards to this particular yacht but I don’t have the understanding to be able to answer. Is it capable of storing enough supplies to adequately endure world wide sailing with long voyages at sea? This vessel accommodates 9 persons and has a 3000L tank, it gives me the impression it certainly can if outfitted correctly. Is this yacht outfitted for such? Or is this just for a weekend sail? Thank you to anyone that responds.
Sorry... but the darkly structured wooden surface of those cupboards does not fit at all to the fix wooden interieur of this ship. Same to the leather: the brown seat is like an alien to the light ones. It seems like a foreign spirit moved in, when the yacht already was finished. But what am I talking about... thank you very much, to have a look iside - even for me there were some surprising disappointments. It`s a beautiful ship!
Pretty good looking, but what about seaworthiness? Such a nice 360° view deck-house without even an instruments-equpped raised pilot seat for proper watch during night or bad weather passages... That's a real shame.
The cabin arrangement is as off as the boom keeling design heeling the boat over. The owners cabin is aft or midship at worst. The bow should be reserved for cavernous hammock area for the rotten crew.
If anything the lessons learned about storage debris getting caught up in steering linkage without shields should be addressed. And the cabin although the most beautiful I have ever seen would be pancaked by even a moderate rollover. Safety thrown to the wind. If wasn't for laws I doubt it would even have a water tight door for the engine room!
So you offload some money but you still have to drink San Pelegrino out of a plastic bottle, like an idiot, who goes to the supermarket himself to get it? I would expect a custom made carafe, something done in Murano or at least from Swarovski.
2 mins into the vid, and it's already stolen a space in my heart... That companion stairwell. My goodness... This is something else.
This yacht is stunning. I love the modern style but all the wood makes it so warm and cozy
Isn’t it just beautiful, the lines, the finishes, the touches, the details
I'd think an all electric trimaran would be a more beautiful choice. All electric and emissions-free. And no giant led bulb.
@@angela1984a gross
@@schloemo In what way?
Wow ! Simply, wow !
And if you have this sort of money, why not.
Great review Toby, I could sense your amazement !

Not easy to pull off such a modernist interior that exudes charm, Bravo!
One of the most beautiful boats I've ever seen
Toby is the best. And you can tell when he’s impressed. Then it must be a magnificent boat. 😀
Thanks Matthias! It is quite a yacht
The most beautiful interior design ❤
Great review. Love the concept. Stunning.
Outstanding. One of the very best reviews by the best yacht reviewer. Thanks Toby. _/)))
Thank you!

I would personally buy an Explocat 52 over this at probably 1/3 the price, but it's a beautiful ship indeed.
@@bernardlanguillier7970 I was thinking sunreef 70 or 80, just because of the interior bling, but that isn't a bad choice either.

Cats suck. This thing is beautiful. Time to buy a vowel, perhaps.
Space ship on water.,,,
Great showing.,!
The interior must be spectacular as Toby seldom (if ever) starts with the interior.
Absolutely stunning. Having grown up sailing on the great lakes, I couldn’t imagine owning this yacht and having someone else sail it 🤔
Great boat, modest beam. Does she have a lifting or swing keel, there were two draft numbers.
It’s interesting you say she is ‘different’, we feel like she is the most put together, well thought out livable space we have ever seen……oh and she can float you around the world effortlessly too.
That center bed in center gest cabin is perfect for who ever is sleeping on way eather tack that will be most slept in on way
Lovely boat, does Toby ever do a list of his personal favourites?
I haven't done Tom - but will give that some thought thanks! T
Thank you for the very interesting review.

what a beauty
That is a nice interior color scheme and materials use. P
I'm not into sailing yachts, but this one though... what a stunner!
Amazing yacht. Combining old forms with new design. That's kinda timless. :)
She’s a beaut alright.
My thoughts too. Retro shaped saloon top and all modern below yet perfectly consistent. I love the cascading stairs dripping from above to form the lower steps. So clever.
Very pretty yacht.
Wow, what a beauty.
stunning beauty
It reminds me of my Folkboat days, now which locker did I put it in?

I think galley up will make huge difference!
Quite astonishing interior, very beautiful. But....chart table?

Aquaholic has me spoiled in terms of what I expect from a yacht presentation. I wish Toby and Nick came together to do these sailing yacht videos.
ABSULUTELY SUPERB !!!

He did mention that you can see this boat on both sides of the Atlantic, so I imagine that the owners take her across the Atlantic often.
Enjoyed that - thanks!
How fast is it?
Love a boat where owner put so .uch thought into confort and living on a boats like this
I can’t believe the wait time on my order, it’s longer than the McDonalds drive through!
Spectacular!!!!!
I love this yacht but I would never have the guests to justify it. I wonder what a large yacht for a less social sailor would be like.
Almost too much in the line of lounges for my taste, but who am I to judge the owners choice.
what is the performance?
Main sheet location and winch location , put the crew in a danger zone , ?
Its interesting how the more money people have the more sense of style they think they have!..
Anyone else that wants to see something about the Rapido 60 and/or the Bañuls 53 tri?
I could imagine Simon LeBon sailing this across the Atlantic
beautiful boat but can’t help comparing all large sailing yachts to the Solaris 111, and it’s not a fair fight.
just wow
The Titanic had a ballroom a Turkish bath and several restaurants!
Do you think I could talk YYachts into doing a custom Y4?

If it had a fold out transom beach club it would be perfection

3 crew? Does not compute. I count 5 minimum. For a crewed vessel. 6 are actually needed.
Nice condo i bet the HOA’s are thru the roof.
I'd like to talk to the manager.
cool

SEE the SEA at SEAted level, SEE around them, and you can SEE...
It's a maxi Bazar boat. For this money imagine the Hi spec Catamaran you could have.
Давно Асвела не смотрел.
Can one dude solo sail this length? I mean with girls on the tanning decks tho

toally agree, very ugly
1,2 or lots
Will they take $500k for her? 🙏🏻
Imo they’re (trying to) copying southern wind yachts.
All that money to float around in an Ikea catalogue

Or a Captain and her husband? sorry....
Sorry, can NOT Share your Euphorie at all.
I do not like the style (blue kitchen?) and the Strange mix of Woods…
Stairs are ugly but real nice easy to kleen practical
USA for ever hi yankee yankee hi
amazing boat, but I have never liked Toby as a presenter
EXQUISITE!
It looks expensive.
Who forgot the damn handrails! Oh, we’re not going to sail this, just park it in some posh harbor.
He literally talks about all the handrails and fiddles being everywhere.

One has to keep one's feet firmly on the ground... don't you think? 8-)
After you've paid for the yacht...
The boat has to be awesome when choice of water becomes an issue.
waste of resources. gross..
/ prevail - absolutely. beautiful yacht.
