I've seen the first one you did after they reopened. I've been to the buffet BC ( before covid) and thought it was second only to Bacchanal. So I was very happy to see how they have adapted to the pandemic. The food looked great - though I think I prefer the offerings in the weekend brunch over the weekday brunch. But as long as they have crablegs, salmon, ribs and desserts I'll survive!! Thanks again for your great vlogs!

Your fiancé adds so much to these reviews! I’m loving these videos and her culinary vocabulary is about as precise as they come. I’m looking forward to heading back to Vegas for some of these new style buffets. I much prefer the quality of food presentation from ordering off a menu.

Watching this two years later and the ordering tapas concept for a buffet is appealing even post-covid. The presentations are so pretty and Catherine's choices and descriptions are engagingly spot-on. Also now I'm craving fried chicken!

Oh boy! Another enjoyable video! You two are so much fun to watch and listen to. Derek, your pre-fiancee videos were very good, but with your fiancee they are great! I have said it before, but she really adds something really special to them. When you two get married will you walk down the aisle....of the Wynn Buffet? 😄 You always make me laugh. Example: Derek on broccolini: "Oh! That's pretty good ....for a vegetable" Haha! I think when Derek says "Meet me at the Wynn Buffet" he really means "MEAT me at the Wynn Buffet". If you stayed any longer the staff would have had time to rent a Colonel Sanders costume and come in pretending to be mad at you for loving The Wynn's fried chicken. I think I like the new Covid-style buffet where they bring the food to you, at least for the high-end buffets. It's classier than everyone going up to the buffet and piling food on their plates. And having waiters bring the food to you a couple of dishes at a time allows you to pace yourself so you can enjoy the food without feeling like you're going to explode.
But then you have to tip them more

I've been binge watching your videos and I really enjoy all of them. I have a useful tip for you. When looking for a chicken breast, turn it over. If you don't see the ribs it's a thigh. Keep up the good content, you two rock!

Why not dupe some recipes of your buffet favorites and do some cooking vids. I always enjoyed the ones you did at home during the 'Pandora' Lockdown.

Your first dinner video got me to the Wynn buffet. The prime rib with the Yorkshire pudding and the beef ribs were my favorites plus I had 3 pieces of the Wynn cheesecake. Like the longer video you did. Great having Fiance with you. You.need to show more of her.
