She did not even try to play a piano until she was six and a half! She liked the sound and decided to learn it properly. She could play the piece above after only 3 years tuition !!!
And the craziest part is... she rages when someone says that her parents forced her to Play. She practices on her own...her parents never forced her to....

According to Yuja Wang her mother wanted her to be a dancer like herself but Yuja chose to play the piano. She started at age 6. I suspect anyway she's quite happy to be a world class classical musician. No need to imagine things.
