I'm always impressed at how they turn a whole BL in a Bromance but still give us all the hints about what the show truly is about. This drama was pretty good, light-hearted, with no excessive drama, and confusion, I loved how the only thing that could break Yiliang and Yiyou actually made them closer. The end was pretty great for a disguised bromance.

who else went into this thinking it was bl then threw a huge fit at the screen for not giving us a kiss scene then checked the categories/tags (cause I finished watching on a different platform) and realized it was friendship story. like what kind of dinner scene was that. and the crush scene, or the day whatshisname just kept emphasizing that they were brother, or that almost kiss scene, or the bus scene. who has daydreams about their friends. I dont know im just not buying they are definitely gay and you were just too scared to put that in the tags so THERE!
That's because of the Chinese government's silly ban on bl/lgbtq content! It's still a bl just severely censored! I think the only uncensored Chinese bl I have watched so far is Addicted/Heroin but it was abruptly stopped before the end of the story! Advance bravely is a good one too!

ShaoYiliang is a really cheerful person who tries to lead his 'brother' into a more normal life. I find his approach and the good cooperation that he strives for with his brother absolutely charming.

This was a really good story. I almost didn't watch. Somebody said it wasn't a good ending. I thought that ment it was sad. Glad I gave it a try anyway. Because I really enjoyed it enough to come back and watch many times. It's not a sad ending. I think some fans were hoping it was more BL. It's really more of a bromance. I liked it so much. It's not really a romance drama. Thank you very much for a wonderful story. Thanks for the subtitles.

This is the Chinese BL called "Precise Shot" it's language is Chinese (Mandarin) and it's a beautiful story. The acting is superb. As many say if it were a Thai BL it would end differently as beginning January 2022 China is removing and censoring BL dramas as well as even Wuxia dramas showing male actors who are "too pretty" such as the main actors from The Untamed and so many dramas without any LGBT representation. They claim that "pretty male actors" are pushing a perverted agenda which is against the Chinese Government's view of masculinity. So i guess soon Chinese Cinema will have films made with fat, scarred, and unattractive males instead of their award winning male beautiful actors. Too bad, since these films are really amazing and really incredibly effective storytelling. Great BL romance doesn't need "in your face sexualization" simple touches and innuendos can be extremely effective. Watch the film "Stay Away from Me" from Caravan, with two stepbrothers and a psycho female BL fanfiction author whose antics bring them to a BL romance without an ounce of sexuality, only a fake love letter causing one to believe the other confessed his love, and causing chaos. The ending is satisfying without any bedroom antics or even a romantic kissing finale. As a gay author, if the series shows heart, emotion and love and a great story--it's done it's job. What is sad is the number of TH-cam videos purported to be BL, such as "Plop Boys - DIVE!!" With Gu Jiacheng and Nonkul, claiming it to be BL and LGBT. Both boys end up with girlfriends in the finale, and only were frenemies most of the time. Granted the actors were mostly in Speedos all the time and were beautiful to watch. But it was gaybaiting. This one is questionable BL, but a joy to watch. ❤️🏳️🌈

@@SweetDramaLove You are very welcome! You should check out a new Thai BL Film company called Wayufilm they released some of the most sweet and interesting short BL films here on TH-cam. The newest aired two days ago, it's called "Country Boy 2" they usually have 2 episodes each set. "Country Boy 1" and "Country Boy 2" are sequels. They aren't as high level as the Taiwan studios but their actors are cute/handsome and genuine. The stories are also relatable. They have a number of one shot short films, and another I really liked, which is about two stepbrothers not related by blood, who really like one another, they eventually fall in love but the parents decided they don't want that to happen; they force the older son into going to another city to school, and they faked his death... So the other boy was devastated. That series has 2 episodes, then they revisit that story with "Brothers 5 Years Later" and you can image how that ended up, complicated but this Studio was brilliant and without spoilers: it's worth checking out and reviewing. Lots of BL Film love from Antonio in Berlin. ❤️🏳️🌈

I watched HIStory 1: Stay Away from Me. Like you said, it was really cute and well done and only had 1 one-sided kiss. I think is supposed to be like HIStory 4: Close to You about Xingsi and his brother. I'd suggest watching that over this. It's better and it actually is BL. And both couples are great! 😁😁 Love Li Cheng and Teng Teng. 🥰
So basically.. it was a story to motivate all to use mouthwash.. its the mouthwash that changed their lives.. and electric tooth brushes helped.. hence in the end one of them carried for both of them . 👏👏😂😂😂.. just kidding.

One does not watch BL drama for them to be sweet, or smile, or LYAO, BL drama ia seriously into LGBTQ, not what washed dribble to amuse old ladies and their small dogs. The idea of making over a world to only allow the type of people are acceptable was tried, and he shot his own moustache off.

You need to check out Golden Blood, a very cool BL Mafia bodyguard storyline. It's Thai, and the main actors are superb. The story is excellent, a bit brutal at times (mafia guys trying to kill other boss' heir) and his handsome bodyguard protector is a whole new level of human being. If you don't love these guys over the series I'd be surprised. Golden Blood is in several playlists here on TH-cam. ❤️🏳️🌈

Does anyone notice that in a lot of Chinese and Taiwanese shows on here the sound goes off when there's music playing? Am I missing something?
When suddenly you hear piano music and the sound goes off, which happens alot with Brother Gua clips of The Untamed, it's because the music in most Chinese films are copyrighted and to post the clips to TH-cam you must remove a portion of the music or sound from the film clips. Since they all have subtitles it's normally not so devastating. But they always use the same piano music clip and that's super annoying. Hope that explains it? ❤️
