    Sir thank you so much for sharing such informative videos. I have not found any videos related to design with a practical and real life calculations approach. The videos I see on designs are just some CAD modelling without any calculations and explanation as you make them understand with practical approach.     I appreciate your help in providing me a brief equation or rule of thumb to calculate the specific energy consumption as Kwh/Mt/Km , belt speed = 2.5 meter per second, trough angle = 30 , surcharge = 25, material = excavated soil (sand) , lump size less than 150 mm , density =1,550 kg/M3 , belt length = 5 Km (multiple flights ) , Flow = 3500 to 4,000 Mt/Hr , Route inclination= zero inclination, Width = 1,200 mm , considering these inputs , how much electricity will be consumed in electrical motor as Kwh per metric ton (Weight) per Km (distance)

      It should be, there are .step file, please do check import settings, if 3D interconnect options is checked, then unchecked it.

    the belt tensioner is wrong made. Because you can't keep the tension roller staight in line wth the centerhight du to the play of the bolts when fixing the tenion plate. There is a better system to do this.

      Yes there are many better options for belt tensioners. But this is an economical one.
      However this tensioner is not wrong. Because in the conveyor, with the design of the tensioner you can't maintain the perfect centre height. And you should not be concerned about bolt clearance, because most of the joints in the aluminium profile conveyor are on bolting. You can't use a dowel in an aluminium profile.
      Moreover in cover you don't need precise centre height. Just maintain roughly with legs leveling pad.
