    What is the best clearance between the bearing and the shaft?

      Hi, there is no one such as the best clearance between the bearing and shaft.
      It totally depends on the condition, like which part of the bearing is rotating the inner race or outer race and how the load is moving or just stationary. And some cases you may have to interfere fit. I will bring a complete guide video on it.

    Great video with great animatiom🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.. I have one doubt sir, we used 3m, 40 dia long hollow rod it is extending outside and cantilever load is acting in the end of the rod, if u saw by naked eye u can see for that, in that setup we are using thk linear bearing it taking load nicely till now(operation is linear movement using motor.. Is there any alternative available for linear bush or Linear bearing for these kind of setup...

      Linear ball bearing blocks are better in these situations. To make sure the cantilever loading capacity. You can use use multiples of LM block back to back. Alternative is Roller based LM blocks or customized design. Increasing in length of bearing support will help better.
