Ingredients:
600g organic lemon
600ml water
400g beet sugar (or whatever you choose)
Instructions:
1. put lemon, sugar and water in a pot. simmer for 15 minutes.
2. let it chill in a fridge.
3. dilute with water. add mint and sliced fresh lemon.
4. Enjoy!
*If you don't like the bitter taste, remove the white part under the peel.
* I recommend to dilute the lemon syrup with carbonated water or soy milk when you want something different than usual.

「材料」
有機レモン 600g
水 600ml
てんさい糖 400g（甘味料はなんでも良いです。）
「作り方」
１、レモン、てんさい糖、水を鍋で弱火で15分程煮ます。
２、冷蔵庫で冷やします。
３、水で割ってお好みでミントや輪切りのレモンで飾ります。
４、エンジョーイ！
※普通のレモネードに飽きたら炭酸水や豆乳で割っても美味しいですよ。

とってきた水は、京都の上賀茂神社の手水舎で汲める、神山湧水(こうやまゆうすい)です。
このレシピを「上賀茂レモネード」と名付けようかどうか迷いましたが、やめておきました。笑

子供の頃学校から(この季節)写生しに行ったなぁと懐かしくなりました。Peaceful Cuisine さんの動画はいつ観てもシンプルで心地いいです。レモネードいいですね。参考にさせてもらいます♪

This is the most unusual and extra way I've seen someone make lemonade but it also looks the most delicious
just make me wanna drink the whole jar lol
It's also convenient though..! think about it you make your lemon syrup on monday then for the rest of the week you can just mix your syrup and water and have extremely delicious lemonade

I had a lot of lemons that we recently bought, so I decided to try it out!
I find it is such a versatile recipe, way more than the "traditional" way of doing it. I did it with maple syrup instead of sugar, since I'm from Canada. ;)
It's a more "adult" flavor, being ever so slightly more bitter than an overly sweet lemonade, and you can choose to drink it hot, cold, and with any beverage you feel compelled to (we personally tried with plain water, but also with beer, carbonated water and cranberry juice!).

Oh, thanks for the maple syrup suggestion! I'm also from Canada and have been wanting to make something with maple syrup for a while now, haha. I definitely need to try this out

国産レモンに甜菜糖と残念ながら水道水で先日作りました。家族が飲みきったので今二度目を作っています。氷砂糖のシロップも作っていますが、こちらは早く出来るので良いです。レシピありがとう！

りょうやさん、こんにちは！料理は大の苦手の私ですが、いつも美しい映像と音楽のビデオを拝見するの、楽しんでいます🥰 今日はたまたまオーガニックのライムを買ってあったので、「そうだ、ライムネードを作ろう！」と思って、レモンとお砂糖の代わりにライムとアガーべシロップで作ってみたのですが、大失敗…良薬口に苦し、みたいな苦〜いライムネードになってしまいました😭
インスタントポットで火加減が上手く出来なかったので、次回はレモンで再挑戦します‼️😆
