I doubt he will be a day one starter, only because of the legal stuff. i think he will have a 6+ game suspension.

He's definitely not getting 6 games. That is the starting point for suspension. Ben didn't even get 6 games with multiple cases. Sutton wasn't arrested or charged with anything felony related. It's probably 4 games or less.
