It's been 8 months of training to dunk, and I can tell I am getting close. Also, in related news, it's been 8 months of eating an egg a day, and I can tell you I am not getting close.
I saw a video that said u wanna think of u putting the ball thru the rim rather than grabbing the rim. Weird as it sounds it helped me get off dribble dunks
Well your certainly getting there . Your general technique is good . Its your none jumping leg causing the problems as you mentioned. Because it flares out its causing rotation and bad landing on one foot . Should always land on two . You do frust your knee up on your none jump leg which is good but then is flares . I had put a clip of me dunking a year or so ago and at the end of the vid theres a slow mo so you can see my none jump leg and how i move it back for landing . Keep jumping the dunk is close . have you thought about getting the shoes from like mike?
Found a pair online for $1,508 so I had to buy em... Shoe review video coming.
you're pretty much there man you just gotta work on trying to push the ball through the rim rather than into the rim and grabbing it
Yes, I think you're right. Thanks for the tip!
you can touch rim easly where i need 4 more inches to touch it you have improved a lot 9,6 to 10,5 touch at least
Yeah, I would probably say I have increased my vertical by 4-5 inches in the last 8 months!
What your standing reach bro?
I wish I knew. I should measure that. I can tell you I’m 5’10’’. probably average standing reach for my height.
@@RyanCS10 u can easily measure by just putting an inch ruler against ur wall and reaching :)
How tall are you?
I am 5'10''
@@RyanCS10 sheeesh you got some nice bounce! I can’t wait for more update
