Well, Blade’s “first-ever” appearance in the MCU will be in Marvel Zombies, with him voiced by Mahershala Ali, and he's Konshu’s avatar of Moon Knight. I guess the writers thought that his movie would've come out by now, which is sad 😔🦇🗡️🌙
Has it been confirmed Ali is voicing Blade in Marvel Zombies? I thought the only confirmed voice actors were Simu Liu, Iman Vellani and now David Harbour?
Superhero fatigue isn't a real thing. People were overanalyzing everything during COVID-19. Black Widow was pushed back multiple times. Even the Disney+ shows were pushed back over and over. It was a huge gap between Spider-Man Far From Home and everything else but people were pulling "Superhero fatigue" out of nowhere.
Because Kang was already a failure from Quantumania, he sucks, he's convoluted, he has no good stories to adapt and whoever got casted as Kang would recieve a ton of hate from the Majors glazers.
17:50 The problem with the whole Ant-Man getting stuck in the Quantum Realm ending was that it was already done before. TWICE. In the first Ant-Man, he gets trapped after defeating Yellowjacket but manages to escape before the movie ends. In the post credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp, he gets trapped because the Pym family was wiped out by the Blip but he manages to escape at the beginning of Avengers: Endgame. Even if Quantumania ended with Scott Lang being trapped in the Quantum Realm, we already saw him escape twice before so why should we have been worried about Kang defeating him? Besides, people would have criticized that ending as just another repeat of the previous films.
I think there are people that claim they have super hero fatigue. They’re the same people who claimed we had “too much Star Wars”. I think those people just don’t like Marvel and Star Wars and want to complain about it.
After "Agatha All Along" ended, another streamer put "Crossing Jordan" on my "recommended for you" list. I soon realized I was watching Agatha and Blade get lectured by Vice President Rodriguez while the photographer from Spider-Man 3 and the Beautiful Woman from Madam Web looked on. The next season, Commander Jack Ransom joined the cast. It was kinda surreal seeing all the MCU/Something-to-do-with-Spider-man-Universe connections on a show I barely remember.
Yes, but you do understand that when they make these movies. It is very important that they also get the normies to go out and see it, that's how they make their money.
That being said, I also agree that the term superhero fatigue is actually kind of bs because the real fatigue was having mediocre movies and shows, NOT just bcuz they were SH genre, but bvuz they were bad/mid in too many cases
The normies are 60% of the audience at least. So if they are feeling a fatigue then marvel and any entertainment studio would need to do something to counter it
Imagine Kang In the probability storm arises after thousands of years..aka a few years with time dilation and he has been fighting every version of himself but rises victoriously out of the storm as a weathered warrior ready to take the multiverse for himself
Would love to see an episode where you cast the upcoming group of X-men for the mcu, not just the lineup of characters but also the actors who should play them! “Breakroom Casts” ???
How did the "Kang got defeated by ants" thing become the take away from that movie? Am I misremember that there was a whole fight scene after he was temporarily slowed down by the colony of hyper evolved ants?
18:09 Ok I need to put an end to the "Kang got beaten by Ants, he sucks" narrative. Ants are proportionality the strongest creatures on the planet. An Ant the size of a horse, is like the Hulk. A thousand Hulks swarming at you is going to be tough work for any super villain.
Remember those supposed plot leaks said Kang Dynasty was about the Kangs kidnapping and defeating various anchor beings and secret wars was everyone coming together to defeat the Kangs and rescue their universes anchor beings
i liked the marvels movie , i originally wanted a Captain Marvel 2 , where she fights the Supreme Intelligencor , but we never got to see that movie, it was like they already did that movie and the Marvels was set after Captain Marvel 2 came out, but we never got to see it
i think they changed the ending of ant man 3 because they didnt' want to kill ant man and have little kids cry because he got killed, but that would have given his daughter a reason to hate Kang to go after him in the next avengers movie
i would have liked the Flash movie more if James gunn didnt' take over and they continued the movies and made a Justice League 2 vs the Legion of Doom, they were setting up the legion in all the movies, with Black Manta in the Aquaman movie and the Cheetah in WW84 and Solomon Grundy in the stargirl tv show
i dont like that they are making a mando movie instead of season 4, i like that we have star wars tv shows, instead of a two hour movie that i have to pay to go see separately and go out side and buy food, when it is cool to stay home and watch star wars
i wanted them to adapt the dark horse comic books from the 1990s called the Tales of the Jedi, they tell of Nomi Sunrider , a young mother and her teacher , a giant grey dino rhinocerous , and they travel to Ossus the jedi homeworld set 5000 years ago, before it was a water world, and in one issue an earth quake happens and a tree student plants his roots over the sacred jedi texts, and that tree is the tree we see in the young jedi adventures cartoon
There is no; nor has there ever been any "Superhero Fatigue" it was all mediocre movie fatigue & that comes down to badly written scripts that were greenlighted by producers who thought that pushing a message was more important than entertaining fans or just gimme money and take this shite and shut up. Madame Web, She Hulk, Secret Invasion, Morbius, Falcon & the Winter Solider, Antman & the Wasp plus others were all badly written. And I know you're thinking "What does this guy know about writing?" well like the name says I am a Horror Author, and it took time for me to find what the people wanted from my story telling but once I did, I just gave them what they wanted and now I'm doing pretty well. So, when it comes to writing in Hollywood, writers... write for the audience and not for yourselves.
Why are you lumping Sony shit in with the MCU. Also falcon and the winter soldier is a very good show . She hulk was good for what it was , may not be for you but that doesn’t make it bad . Ant man id over hated too
the mando story was a slow western tv show, they couldn't have made it into movies, they needed slow takes on diffferent scenes to draw tension, you can't do that in a two hour movie
@@DarthTingleBinksit's not a dumb idea. Eternals was a disaster for the the atudio and it left a lot of questions in the MCU. That what if could apply to both the keyfabe MCU and to Marvel studios.
@BaithNa No, it IS a dumb idea. Someone suggesting the possibility of someone not making something because they didn't like it is stupid and petty, and your defense of that stupid and petty behavior is also stupid and petty. Also... How is leaving a lot of questions a bad thing? I mean, unless you don't like to use your brain at all, imagining answers to those questions is the fun part. That's the appeal of being a writer, is asking and answering questions like ALL the time, even if it's a question nobody else wanted an answer to, or it's an answer nobody wants. Personally, as someone who enjoyed the movie greatly, I think a better What If...? would be What If...? Eternals was a Disney+ series and had more time to develop and flesh out its characters and story? Or What If...? Marvel actually stood their ground and continued to develop the characters in a sequel? Or What If...? Marvel combined an Eternals sequel with a Shang-Chi sequel to help lead into the Avengers movies, tie into the Multiverse Saga at large, and continue the stories for characters from two different films that haven't had any recognition for over three years?
they weren't good at making movies, episode 9 sucked, i wanted the Hutts and the Night Sisters of Dathomir to take revenge after hearing Leia's distress call and come for her for killing Jabba and for ben kenobi killing Darth Maul, and they would have an epic space battle while the night sisters used force magic on Rey and the Knights of Ren would reveal their true visages to Kylo of being gungans and their true master who resided on Korriban, Darth Jar Jar, who he met as a child in the Aftermath novel
Good stuff this week but it honestly still feels like you’re obligated to talk about Star Wars, rather than actually liking Star Wars. Please remember most of its fans aren’t the vocal and hateful minority you have to deal with online. It would be nice for you to remind the audience of that
There's no superheroe fatigue its bad writing and bad acting and people like Florence Pugh thinking she could beat Spider-man😅. But knowing what marvel has been pushing lately it wouldn't surprise me if they said black widow could beat Spider-man because you know he's male 😂😂 also the problem with Kang is the same for kingpin for me Kang the conqueror gets beat by ants. Kingpin got beat by a teenage girl so to me if he can get beat by a little girl compared to him why should I see him as a threat 🤔
I want X men what if like for instance what if Kayla silverfox (Logan’s girl from wolv origins) didn’t take that bullet for her sister and survived leaving her and Logan to live happily ever after with even an intended offspring of Lara howllet
The lack of recasting in modern MCU makes me sick, if Iron Man came out now, they would have killed Rhodey and Hulk off screen and never mentioned them again.
What if you talked about the #1 show on streaming Penguin? We get 3 Agatha pods and multiple Agatha vids a week but no Penguin? Scream we are woke louder lol
they are mostly a marvel/star wars channel. penguin/dc does not get as many people to the channel. they are not woke simply because they have more agatha content
@deadlydwarf9312 Ive been watching for years they're definitely woke thats a fact they wouldn't deny lol You think this video is going to attract more views than talking about Penguin? 🤣🤣🤣
@deadlydwarf9312 Also they definitely talk about every DC movie that comes out. A lot. So no they arent just a Marvel/ Star Wars channel. They talk about most things in nerd culture. They even made a freaking one piece live action video. This video is not gonna do nearly as well as one talking about Penguin. Anyone can see that.
Bruh, eff Blade lol like why do we even want Blade anyway??? I’m way more hyped to see Sentry , and the return of Channing’s Gambit. Madame Web in Secret Wars lol JK JK
What if we didn't know RDJ was Doom until the movie came out?
Would have been insane but there’s 0 chance that would have been kept a secret for 2 years
It was no way that wasn’t going to be leaked

I really want James Gunn to find a way to write in the "It's a bird, it's a plane" line into the movie.
It’s the internet repeating shit
never stop the Austin Butler Elvis impressions thank you
Gunn said a while ago that Xolo is still Blue Beetle
I still don't get why marvel didn't just recast Kang when they established variants can look different
Because Kang was already a failure from Quantumania, he sucks, he's convoluted, he has no good stories to adapt and whoever got casted as Kang would recieve a ton of hate from the Majors glazers.

Gunn has already stated that Xolo Maridueña's Blue Beetle will be in the DCU.
There is no such thing as superhero fatigue
My exact thought, if it were a thing Super heroes wouldn’t be so ingrained in pop culture
I think there are people that claim they have super hero fatigue. They’re the same people who claimed we had “too much Star Wars”. I think those people just don’t like Marvel and Star Wars and want to complain about it.
36:08 zach’s idea about a mando trilogy is kinda fire icl
Daaaang I’m early! Let’s go! Love all these videos you guys! Thank you
After "Agatha All Along" ended, another streamer put "Crossing Jordan" on my "recommended for you" list. the title alone made me giggle lol love yall ! ❤️
What if Werewolf by Night characters were actually in Marvel Zombies
i mean they could be
“Super hero fatigue” is so fucking dumb, shit only exists for normies, I’ve been reading and watching Super hero stuff for years now
Yes, but you do understand that when they make these movies.
No such thing as fatigue. Just mediocrity fatigue. If things are good. That's all that matters.
The normies are 60% of the audience at least. So if they are feeling a fatigue then marvel and any entertainment studio would need to do something to counter it
Agreed, fuck the casuals
Wasn't "Here Comes the Sun" in one of the Gaurdians movies or is it just a fever dream I'm having???
Loved this “what if” episode
Imagine Kang In the probability storm arises after thousands of years..aka a few years with time dilation and he has been fighting every version of himself but rises victoriously out of the storm as a weathered warrior ready to take the multiverse for himself
Love from Belgium 🇧🇪 ❤
this was a fun concept
we already had a cartoon called Star Wars Resistance, that cartoon introduced the formation of the First Order in it
Would love to see an episode where you cast the upcoming group of X-men for the mcu, not just the lineup of characters but also the actors who should play them! “Breakroom Casts” ???
I wanted a Master Rey trilogy. Could have been fun.
How did the "Kang got defeated by ants" thing become the take away from that movie? Am I misremember that there was a whole fight scene after he was temporarily slowed down by the colony of hyper evolved ants?
fun episode!
i liked all the star wars tv shows so far, i didn't think they had bad endings, they were good
28:10 Kathryn Newton played recurring character on Supernatural
18:09 Ok I need to put an end to the "Kang got beaten by Ants, he sucks" narrative. Ants are proportionality the strongest creatures on the planet. An Ant the size of a horse, is like the Hulk. A thousand Hulks swarming at you is going to be tough work for any super villain.
laughing at the thought out them killing paul rudd, just like we thought they would in quantumania lol
I'm still trying to learn about Midnight Suns. All I see is mentions of it and I have no idea what it is.
Remember those supposed plot leaks said Kang Dynasty was about the Kangs kidnapping and defeating various anchor beings and secret wars was everyone coming together to defeat the Kangs and rescue their universes anchor beings
I think Doomsday, we see a recast Kang in the Molecule Man role from the secrets wars comics.
How much money did these two Men cause us nerds. Between the flash and Kang oooohh boy
Can y’all cover Arcane? I feel like there’s plenty of easter eggs and connections I’m missing.
You don’t need a blade movie to introduce blade tho…
i liked the marvels movie , i originally wanted a Captain Marvel 2 , where she fights the Supreme Intelligencor , but we never got to see that movie, it was like they already did that movie and the Marvels was set after Captain Marvel 2 came out, but we never got to see it
i think they changed the ending of ant man 3 because they didnt' want to kill ant man and have little kids cry because he got killed, but that would have given his daughter a reason to hate Kang to go after him in the next avengers movie
Black Panther debuted in Captain America before his movie
What if they end up using Kang post doomsday and they recast him? And Kang ends up being one of the next big bads.
Why isn’t Zemo in the Thunderbolts? Is because he’s making a show on HBO right now that is completely making fun of Marvel?
No such thing as comic book movie fatigue, only mediocre movie fatigue
i liked Ant Man 3, and Jonathan Majors' Kang, did the cancelled Blade movie have a Kang in it?
i liked shazam 2 : fury of the gods, movie, even though i hadn't seen the first movie
i would have liked the Flash movie more if James gunn didnt' take over and they continued the movies and made a Justice League 2 vs the Legion of Doom, they were setting up the legion in all the movies, with Black Manta in the Aquaman movie and the Cheetah in WW84 and Solomon Grundy in the stargirl tv show
2 to come on
the ahsoka tv show had a lot of story points , i don't think it could have been fit into a 2 hour movie
i dont like that they are making a mando movie instead of season 4, i like that we have star wars tv shows, instead of a two hour movie that i have to pay to go see separately and go out side and buy food, when it is cool to stay home and watch star wars

Notice how you said Solo got as far away from star wars as it could. So is star wars just a Skywalker saga?
Incursions need to be shown more often.

Algorithm food!
😸😸😸
Doom will kill Ant-Man, one of the OG’s has to go at least if not just one then multiple Avengers.
For me no lightsabers/force powers equals not star wars
How about what if marvel didn’t make eternals?
That's a dumb idea. You don't have much of an imagination, do you?
@@DarthTingleBinksit's not a dumb idea. Eternals was a disaster for the the atudio and it left a lot of questions in the MCU. That what if could apply to both the keyfabe MCU and to Marvel studios.

Mahershala Ali needs to be removed as Blade at this point now, he’s older, bad juju around it. Lakeith Stanfield cast it MCU/Feige!
the austin butler bit will never not be funny

.

Never thought I could love Zach Huddleston more than seeing him this week with a voting sticker💙🤍💙🤍.
Pixar star wars what??dumb we need real nerds on this show. ILM is star wars
I don't like this game.
I think they could match the scale of endgame, but I don't think they'll be able to match the emotional scale and reaction of endgame.
How about what if marvel didn’t make eternals

Y'all so desperately want or think woke is a bad thing 😂
Bruh, eff Blade lol like why do we even want Blade anyway??? I’m way more hyped to see Sentry , and the return of Channing’s Gambit. Madame Web in Secret Wars lol JK JK
We're still trying to sugarcoat the Marvels?
Let it go. It was a terrible movie so it became the biggest bomb in the history of Hollywood.
How about what if Tom Cruise got the part for Iron Man?
Mahershala Ali needs to be removed as Blade at this point now, he’s older, bad juju around it. Lakeith Stanfield cast it MCU/Feige!
