I love bison and eating bison meat. A neighbor here raises them near us.
We have nine of these beautiful beasts 5 mile from us we check on them regularly. AWESOME AND BEAUTIFUL!

Well, for a couple thousand head of Bison, they had 7000 acres just in that paddock, on a 55,000 acre rotation. What makes them so regenerative is their bunching, pooing, and wallowing.
That was funny when the little one stood in front of the male and the female blocked his view to say " Don't look at that one"😂. You would almost think a lion was hiding somewhere.

Lol… I wouldn’t exactly put it in the vacay category. We work long hours on these filming trips and only get breaks when we are driving… which is also exhausting.

That depends on the context. Cattle are better in certain areas, but bison offer more to the ecological system. Both serve a purpose in soil health and food supply. Bos Indicus, Bos Taurus, and Bison are all very different Bovine.
ANY wild game is better than ranched creatures as no vaccines or anti-biotics.
