$150 Retro Roller Paint Job on the Seagull

Our first video!
Over the course of a weekend, we give the Toyota (AKA Seagull) a hardware store make over and it turns out pretty sweet!

How'd it hold up? Been tempted to do something like this to my first car. The things so sun faded it looks like its had acid poured over it

it is still holding up really well, despite being bashed off a few trees, ill have to make an update video, its a full trail basher now

Ill have to see if I can go visit it, I sold it to a buddy in town last fall. Before I sold it, I bobbed the bed a good 18", added a ratty topper to it, trimmed out the fender wells and had 37" bead locks on it. I got a heftier 4runner to replace it.

How did you guys do the raised Toyota letters on the tailgate?

Travis, very carefully, took a 1" paint brush, cut half of the bristles off, poured some black paint into a solo cup and just painted the factory raised letters. The other "TOYOTA" 's on the doors and hood are decals I cut.
