I'd steal part of the entry closet to make a pantry closet of the kitchen. I'd also steal a bit from the dining room to recess the fridge. The fireplace is in an odd spot. This plan has the potential for a stairway down to a basement. I'd eliminate the upstairs fireplace. These are all small changes in an otherwise appealing plan.
