Hi! If I got it right I can use my MacBook Air m1 charger connected to the dock ( will be enough?) and then connect the dock to the MacBook via usb-c. But also I have to give power to the dock with his own power supplier to have all the functionality. Am I right?
Hello! So you can directly connect the dock to your MacBook via USB C without other power delivery ( but that’s going to eat your battery faster ), or you can plug in the PD ( usb c slot behind ) your MacBook charger and then connect the dock to your Mac via USB C. But that’s gonna charge your laptop as well while you’re using it like that. Hope this helps!
Haven't tried that, but there are a lot of slots on this thing as it is. I think it depends on how many you really need but I think there are more than enough on it.
Yeah, you can use it only on the laptop battery and also you can charge the laptop through it. You can use the MacBook Pro charger with a usb c cable or the dock charger but that one is slower.
Can we get 2 external monitors working with a MacBook Air M2?
The answer is yes but I recommend using a thunderbolt cable instead of a usb c one and you’re all set 🤝

Very useful
May I use the type c slot to connect another usb type c hub so that I can have more usb slots?

Does it charge the MacBook Pro while use ?
