PA-18 Titanium Landing Gear

The PA-18 steel landing gear Supplemental Type Certificate Number SA02175AK has been amended to include the new 1.5” axle 3” extended titanium landing gear and a standard titanium cabane vee to the STC.

If I were going to build disposable gear titanium wouldn't be my first choice although it won't fatigue.
Composite legs could be field repairable at least.
Good luck though, Cromoly is a pretty optimal suspension arm material.
