@@GlassyEyes-tv1zv no I have not. I have spoken with other hosts in CA with MTRs and they’re not having them sign a separate lease. There are risks with this approach. Just don’t know how great the risk really is.

Can you list a rental as a mid-term rental on Airbnb?
Yes! You modify a few items on the back end, but then it's all set for 30+ day stays (midterm rentals.)
