  • Barrel Roll from Double-Leg Defense
    Keys: when opponent is in deep on a double leg and both of your arms are over his. First, get tight waist with your right arm around opponents stomach. Second, step up with your left leg, pinching your calf to your thigh while blocking his knee. Thirdly, grab opponents shoelace with left hand and lift up, trying to get his heel to his butt. Lastly, roll towards ur left shoulder while keeping ahold of opponent foot until the roll is completed and you can circle around for the takedown.

      Best moves for BJJ is guard pull, butt scoot 50 times, then leg lock stuff especially on a white belt who has no idea when to tap it. Then make a social media post about how humble you are

    does this work on guys 20-30lbs heavier than you?

      It really depends, if he is athletic, no because when you think to reverse it he is already too deep on the shot and even if he isnt he can just outmuscle you, if he is just fatter than you or not too coordinated it should work

      @@Viewer13128if they’re lifting or driving through, you already lost your base and control over his center of mass. The point is to control him before he can control you. Stronger or better wrestlers will not give you much time, if any, to pull off this counter, so this is only one of many openings to keep in mind.
