    This is one of the best healing meditations I've come across. The echo brings you in deeper. The background music, sounds are just right. I search videos for my friend who has cancer, so I have istened to many. This is good.

    I listened to this meditation as I went to bed last night... I was half a sleep when my whole body began to vibrate heavily, I was very conscience of what was going on. If you can, imagine that you are under water but can still breathe, and waves were gently pushing, pushing you right out of your body. That was my experience with this meditation video, I don't know I if the maker intended for this type of result but it was my experience, it was beautiful! My thanks to the author.

    I listen to this meditation more often than the ones lacking an echo. This one always does it for me.

    I prefer the echo meditations. The echo and singing is absolutely amazing. So very calming. ❤️

    I suffer from tinnitus. This music has helped me get a better night's sleep. The echo and the text are excellent. I'm going to listen to this every night. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

    The distraction is suppose to put you to sleep, no need to listen as the subconscious does the "rest" for you. Personally I'm not sold on this meditation myself but need more time to redo it. Thank you for your honesty.

    after 2 1/2 years listening to it and not very often but every time I do it relaxes me and I love that. Now I love it even more because it puts my son to sleep as well, and that's not easy because he's got Asperger's and lots of energy. THANK YOU SO MUCH

    I experienced a seriously deep meditative state. I wasn't trying to sleep, just sitting up, taking it all in. Incredible feeling, but I had to open my eyes towards the end just to make sure I was still in my room. I'm still learning! Thank you for sharing.

    This is amazing. I was having trouble sleeping & I used this, I was asleep within 10 minutes & went into a deep deep sleep. I find the echo is actually good as you get lost in it whilst meditating, so bare with it & get lost in the meditation. I suffer bad anxiety/restlessness and normally sleep is something I don't really get, but this made it possible. Thanks for uploading this! thumbs up. X

    I love it I have used this med for the last three nights and u have slept before it has finished and this morning woke at 5sm instead of the usual 2,3 or 4 am. So I was happy and surprised!!!! Thankyou x

    This is my absolute favorite meditation. Perfect for my busy mind. I love the echo and background. Please don't change it. Of course I would like more like it. Amazes me people are so different, makes life interesting. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work. Love it!

    This is the only sleep meditation video I have found that helps me to sleep, as I am a hardcore insomaniac. The voice, the echo, the background, the positive sublimal messages, positive affirmations and songs, all take me there! Sometimes I have to listen to it 2-3 times before I fall asleep. I wonder if there is a longer version of this video. I wonder if I can purchase it, and where, because if it was deleted off You tube, I don't know what I would do! Thank you Kalawana for creating such a beautiful sleep meditation that truly works!

    I really like this meditation and listen to it every night before sleeping. I recognized that I fall into sleep during listening and wake up really fresh and energetic in the morning.

    the most excellent meditation video ever. i laid in bed suffering with fibromyalgia with diffuse aching, burning and stiffness. i could not relax or sleep. so relieved i found this.
    it lulled me to sleep and i stopped hyperventilating. i saved this to my desktop so i can listen to it frequently. mesmerizing. utopia.

    Awesome mantra in the background. Went into deep numbed heavy body meditation. For everyone fyi: in order to be in deep meditation state one must dedicate without fail between 50 min to an hour everyday. Thank you for video....Namaste!

    ok, I listened to it again and it is good for putting you to sleep. :) I like the echo, it keeps the mind busy so the critical thinker is being preoccupied so the mind can take a break from the inner chatter. This technique is a left brain and right brain disorientation to allow for a deeper sleep. The idea was the distractions would help one to not be disturbed throughout the night from annoying noises.

    I find the echo quite relaxing and minor scales are to trigger the opposite side of the brain so that both are being engaged in this hypnotic meditation. The abstract is how the hypnosis works. Preferences are one aspect and another is secondary gain. The individual is gaining something from their disapproval. Some just have to hate everything, reflecting their true feelings towards themselves, this I pity. I wonder how many people are truly in their heart. Well sleep well, :)

    Visualise a white light and start to breathe. And every breath you take direct the white light to your ears in your mind. Do it for 5 minutes, 3 times daily. PS i cured my liver cirhossis with this technique so some ringing in the ears shouldnt be too much trouble. Thank god for the healing spirit of the universe.

    I have tried several meditations to sleep and this my far is my FAVORITE. The echos and all the other stuff surrounding the mediation make it my fave. I also do tapping and with that if you are doing it with a guide you are repeating everything they say so to me the echos are "me" repeating that to myself if that makes sense. Also then the singing and the other stuff,it causes my brain to wonder whats coming up next instead of my own racing thoughts of what i need to do the next day so it definately calms down my thoughts. Even 2 of my cats instantly went to sleep :) My only "complaint" is that i cannot just listen to this by itself on youtube because all of your other videos are right behind it on the playlist and when i fall asleep with this one i am awakened immediately when the "quit smoking" one starts. I dont have anything to upload it to or else i would do that. Someone else mentioned wanting a cd of just this one (deep sleep)-i would like to order one -where do i go to order it please? thank you

    Sarah this is good. It's the minds way of dumping out the negative and it is usually represented as a nightmare. It means you have deleted the files that no longer assist you.

    I loved it so much about 3 to 3 1/2 minutes into it I found myself hysterically laughing and had to instantly share it. I can't hear meditation because it makes me laugh so much. Laughing is loud apparently. Thank you for all the awesome Trippy voice sounds

    Francois, keep trying until you find the one that will put you to sleep. It's a way of life and it sounds like the pressures of life have you in their grip. A holiday may be in order or time out from your busy mind.

    have you tried any of her other videos? there are some others without echo. t it takes practice to get comfortable with anything ''new''. i have found so much inner peace, and even tolerance for very , very, rude people[know what i mean, im sure you do] don't give up.. after all KALAWANA [ out of pure love and goodness],has opened her heart 2 us its like ....here help yourself its free, she gives you a buffet of soul symphonies.at the very least take a valium
