I see where you're are coming from. I had to look into what kind of decks that would truly take advantage of, not just your first turn. But, it also interacts during your opponent's turn, per it's engine. So, I literally made a new archetype based on that concept, I called them, "Crimson Stars". It's mainly a FIRE/Machine RITUAL deck that has the capability to Ritual summon your monsters while using your and/or opponent's monsters, during either turn. And, based on the total levels/ranks of monsters used, and whether you used an opp. Monster(s) or yours, determines certain effects they'll get. I'm still working on the pcst to make sure it looks good, but the gimmick is too much fun, and splashable with both FIRE attribute, Machine-types, and certain Ritual monsters that need some shine. If anyone is interested in seeing an example of the bosses I made, just let me know, but I'd love the community's thoughts on the concept.

No. Because at least Snake Eye Fire King let’s you play the game and plays it itself. If it gets to the point of playing stun like just go do something else with your time.
Stun has been more fun since the introduction of of XYZ because while bland af, it's the only resemblance we have to Yugioh as it should be (& how it used to be), aka medium amounts of text on a card at most, and turns that don't take beyond 1 minute. Basically stun is the only playstyle in modern Yugioh that makes 'playing' it somewhat bearable. The issue is that at that point, there are about 10000 other things you could be spending your time on instead that's more fun than playing Yugioh at all. Konami needs to go back to make YGO games like Forbidden Memories and the spin-off ones to make this franchise shine again.

Not put together a deck who’s sole goal is to floodgate the opponent there’s no point in even playing if that’s all you do. Also saying “Yugioh as it *should* be” is really asinine. The game is not ruined just because it changed. The game has a good concurrent playerbase all you are doing with your whining is proving why Yugiboomers contribute absolutely nothing to the game

I got tired of MD's T0 formats a few months ago. I've been playing nothing but stun for a while. In plat I went on a 12-0 streak.
