Thank you for your work, I would like to propose the idea of doing a section on phrasal verbs, through a story that you tell in a natural way, like the video of your experience in China or any topic but that within the story you constantly use 3 or 4 phrasal verbs, occupying their meanings naturally. The session can begin with a brief description of the verbs, then start with listening.
