There should be an option in planet coaster where you try to build a park that caters to coaster enthusiasts, so intensity would have to be higher than normal, a lot more RMC’s, etc
the inversions are ok; you need to reduce the g-forces when cornering. that's it. so loosen your u-turns (make them wider) and make your other left/right turns more gradual. For inspiration look at the Seven Dwarfs ride. i think if you also smoothen your air-time bumps (less gradual and more fluid curve) you'll get close to 8 excitement.

Ollie your giga mine train coaster is awesome. As a roller coaster enthusiast I love watching you build coasters because of your creativity. You build things in completely unique ways because you aren't constricted by the "rules" of how you should build coasters. Keep up the fantastic work.

@@hellohjbgjh there's this thing called the Dreyfus Human Scale which determines the maximum theoretical reach of a person spreading their arms and legs as far as they can. Typically, the guidelines are that obstructions must be further than 3 inches + that maximum reach for the maximum size of a person allowed on the ride, assuming they remain seated. So like, if Shaquille O'neal (a very tall athlete) and rode a roller coaster and reached his arms up as far as he could, any overhangs should still be 3 inches beyond that reach.
Leave the mine cart coaster because it's awesome and perfect they way it is, then build a hydraulic launch coaster for the mission (this way you won't have to worry about the non-exciting climb up a chain lift)
Hybrids (at least RMC) do invert. Their inversions tend to be smaller, but who says they won’t start doing inversions such as these? It seems that every year a coaster manufacturer pushes the boundaries, and RCM is on of the most innovative builders. Plus, if you want to reduce the forces on some of those turns, just make the hills higher.
Olli: alright so I think I’m gonna use this ride, I’ll be right back when I’ve built a little bit Olli: so I’ve done a little work off camera. *basically has built the entirety of a giga mine train
Wow that's great!! I would love to do the invert car! you could propose your project to Europa Park, that would be so great, that'd be so cool to ride a rollercoaster like this with the car pivoting upside down along the track!!
Hi there, Olli43. Just found your excellent video. Also it make a change for a British guy to do a video, as its usually the American's that do this type of video. I'm also British by the way. I've now subscribed to your channel. I'm going to try and find this game. Your comments are excellent, and easy to follow. Keep up the good work.
You should build this with the coaster model “rage”, it’s based off a real life coaster that would traditionally go around 100 meters tall and it’s really easy to het high excitement with it
I'm at a loss at the moment. It's an amazing coaster, but with that 100m drop, it makes it a bit unsafe for the restraints the coaster has. I think it would take lots of hours, trying to perfect it, to make it were you want it. Either way, keep up the great vids.
So you do know that there are other things that improve excitement right? Like ride decor and having the ride go through terrain and under decorations? You can actually improve that to over an 8 excitement by adding some terrain around parts of it and adding decor for them to think they will hit their heads on it. Those things can increase ride excitement. You could have even a 9 excitement there. I'd keep working on that one but without too many tweaks to the ride itself, just surround it in stuff. Not even triggers, have it go in and out of tunnels, put beams over the track, put in trees around the low parts, etc.
1:02 what!!? who said that!? there is only one hybrid roller coaster that doesn't invert. What? and even if they meant wooden roller coasters there are at least seven wooden coasters that invert and probably more. I don't know who said that but they are definitely wrong. Keep doing what you're doing Olli!
Most swinging trains have shocks to keep them from turning too far but your train is what they call a Giga Coaster. This kind of train was never designed to go this high noretrain,
You may prove me wrong, but I believe the only way to get your excitement above an 8 is with a launch coaster. You just lose too much excitement with a chain lift

Who was saying a hybrid doesn't invert??? They must be stupid.
Cameron Mysliwicz they do invert but they are built for airtime
@rex burger that's true but you can't blame him for building something different. that's what makes his videos so awesome.
@@lurchdog300 yeah
Think of steel vengeance. there is 1 or 2 inversions on it
@Gaming Ewees there are 4 inversions on Steel Vengeance

I love this channel!
Me 16.2
I love this channel two
Well it loved you back
🦆 you’d kill so many people on that coaster. I would definitely put my hands up and probably loose one.
Cool duck
Jose Olivarria yeah it Olli’s duck.
@Jose Olivarria clearly you don't understand 🦆
@Jose Olivarria I didn't know we could do that. I'm gonna do it too!
🦆
Olli: it’s impossible!
Roller coaster manufacturers: Brave of you to say that.
Worth every penny for subscribing to Ollie's channels! Love these planet coaster series 👍👍👍
You and me both.
You pay?

New hobby: counting the number of OSHA violations in Olli's "safe" parks
What's OSHA?

@@MichaelHaneline Thanks, I fathomed it was something like that ^^ for all the very close intersections ^^

You should try and build a nonlaunch coaster that goes up to 800 ft but has less than a 5.5 intensity! Bet ya can’t!
@Harold Retner Who knows, but if anyone can build a coaster like that, it's Olli!
build chainlift up, use breaks the whole way down. (dont make the drop steep) boom.
Harold Retner about 630ft is the max but okay
If the track length is long enough, it could be done, I think.
Leave the mine cart coaster because it's awesome and perfect they way it is, then build a hydraulic launch coaster for the mission (this way you won't have to worry about the non-exciting climb up a chain lift)
Your insane (love your channel)

To avoid your mine trains from inverting, put trim brakes at the bottom of the drop to slow it down a little because your first drop is very tall.
Except he wants mine trains to invert. He deliberately tweaked that one hill to do so. That's this coaster's party trick.
Your planet coaster video's are amazing
That new coaster going through the loop creates an interesting head chopper effect
Olli: alright so I think I’m gonna use this ride, I’ll be right back when I’ve built a little bit

i know it's kinda off topic but do anybody know of a good place to stream newly released series online?
@Dylan Ralph flixportal xD
@Remy Elliot Thank you, signed up and it seems like a nice service :) I really appreciate it!
@Dylan Ralph Glad I could help :)
Iron Gwazi in Sea world Orlando is being built and it’s a hybrid that inverts so you’re ok with the hybrid you’ve built
It's being built at bush gardens tampa not SeaWorld Orlando but sea world does own bush gardens.
It’s at Busch gardens tampa
If seven dwarfs mine train was actually worth the 3 hour wait... this would be it
It would be awesome if you made a video of just riding all the coasters, like a virtual experience at the parks
I do t think you understand how incredible this looks a rollercoaster that rotates you around at the bends I’d deffo go on that
This is an awesome ride. Keep it and make a new one for the objective.
Don't let this coaster defeat you. You're so close and you've figured out the mechanics. Please try again.
Love your channel this series is amazing especially this episode
Wow that's great!! I would love to do the invert car! you could propose your project to Europa Park, that would be so great, that'd be so cool to ride a rollercoaster like this with the car pivoting upside down along the track!!
You probably picked the hardest coaster to keep fear under 5, but this is hilarious! Looking forward to the 2nd attempt. Launch coaster maybe?
Why should fear be under 5? people ain't going to die from riding it anyway?
Lmao i was getting so pissed when he kept constantly pausing it to look at the g force knowing that he can just look at the heatmap
WOOOO! Amazing!! You have to have some real talent to do those! Props to you!

Awesome coaster 🎢 I like the 360° option very kool
The reason why it rocks so much is because if you put the track upside down then you can turn it into a suspended coaster.
You’ve made it so far! I remember watching you when you were at almost 1k subs!
Such a good airtime filled coaster
I love your vids dude XD, They crack me up!

The coaster looks awesome though.
Love this series and channel.
Mam thet is super cool in first person 🤯🤯you need to keep it it is amazing 😀👏👍
The swinging mine train is the worst possible coaster for a GIGA! Oh Olli...
Amazing coaster would love to ride it and maybe try slowing it down at the end to help with the fear part and should put excitement up maybe.
Great video I love this series
Glad to hear it!
How do you make the paths so straight? Do you use the snap to grid option?

Love the vids cant wait for it to come out on ps4😁😁😁😁
You could try changing the coaster, but probably not the track, to see if the test results meet the objective.
Love the upside bit x
You were the person that inspired me to get this game
I love your channel it makes me happy
Im so excited for the thumbnail part lol
4:57, 5:42That’s what you call the ultimate head chopper effect
Looks like a wicked coaster, any chance you could upload it to Steam Workshop??
Keep the coaster even though it doesn’t meet the requirements because it is still an awesome coaster.
Persevere and make it work!
You could also make the racer launch coaster with a 100m top hat these type of rides are really fast and tall

Wow this roller coaster is cool
Another great vid 🦆
If I die anytime soon it would probably be on that coaster...
Cool coaster but less pausing next time but cooooool riaaaaaaiide
If this was a real coaster, I’d definitely give it a go!
very weird that people say you dont do inversions on a hybrid. Steel Vengeance has many inversions/twists. throughout the whole ride
Best planet coaster channel in the world
15.02 lol you don't want to have long hair in that section... only thing I could think of was how my hair would get stuck in the coaster 😭😭😭
You could probably boost it up to 8 without modifying the track by adding headchoppers
OMG, WOW!!
How do you have this ride ? On thé workshop ?
ok, i have seen hybrids that do invert, generally along the lines of barrel rolls, but that is still inverting
So you basically bild the S&S axis concept :D
You are a great person
Is there a way to build a vertical lift chain ?
Cool
Most swinging trains have shocks to keep them from turning too far but your train is what they call a Giga Coaster. This kind of train was never designed to go this high noretrain,
Safe enough for me said last episode 😂😂
Best planet coaster youtuber haha.
Does anybody what pack this coaster is from?
8:52 yea, that's called Blackpool pleasure beach lol
Sorry I mean 3:52
Negative g’s don’t hurt
I love your seiries
This is amazing
Nice to put a face to the voice 👍
I wish you could make them flip like the axis coaster
You may prove me wrong, but I believe the only way to get your excitement above an 8 is with a launch coaster. You just lose too much excitement with a chain lift
Maybe he can put all his triggers on the lift hill?
In the immortal words of Rob Schneider,
"You can do it!!"
you should keep that coaster and build a new one
How do you build a ride
You should build a Hypercoaster instead
I like it👍
Is my understanding correct that if you were to lower fear/nausea then excitement goes up automatically
5:45 RIP dutch people
This is a good channel
You would design real roller coasters you would be soooooo good at that😄😄😄😄😄
Sos should not would lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂😁😁😆😆😆
Did anyone else find themselves leaning their head to the side in that inversion?
Keep the ride and build a flying coaster that would be cool
Ollie flip the track upside down and the train will sit normal.
You make good vids
I think this is six flags because half of the rides are crazy
yayya
But hybrids do invert lol I've been on many that do that were built by RMC
Anyone who thinks hybrids shouldn't invert needs to go ride Twisted Colossus at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA.
