Man huge props for turning a EG bacicly into a better MG it looks great, i paint mine some times but i buy MG or better i couldn't do the additional carving work and detel work you do, i always feel like im gunna screw it up lol
Thank you for the comment! The cutting mat is from Daiso, which is a Japanese dollar store chain. I have one here in British Columbia where I'm from, but I'm not sure if they are available anywhere else.
Oil colors are powerful because they have a long worktime and can make all sorts of weathering effects. I personally do not sure thinner, but you can use spirits and mix the ols to dilute them.
Did you mean the chest area? That would be the vulcans that I scratch built a compartment for. The actual piece is an IC Pin. You can pick up a bunch at a local electronic store. If you meant the actual shoulders, the white stripes are decals, another is scratched off paint.
Thanks for tuning in! Those files are the GodHand ES-90, they are really amazing for sanding surfaces to be flat. Easy to clean too. A cheaper and excellent alternative is 600 grit sandpaper glued onto a piece of popsicle stick.
I usually do not measure out the colors, I just mix around until I find something I like :P I can tell you what I used, but the color ratio is unknown even to me :P All colors are Mr.Color Hobby Lacquer. Black: I never use straight black. It is Dark Grey + Yellow Grey: Same as black + ~40% White + Khaki Green Joint colors: Khaki Green + White + A bit of blue. Red: Monza Red + White + Character Red Yellow: Orange Yellow + Tan + White I just mix the colors until it resembles the pastel colors! I hope that helps!

Fantastic video. Beautiful work! The masking on the front skirt made my eyes water! 😂 can’t wait to see what’s next. Thank you!
I just put this together with 6 year old son, but it looks like we can go so much further. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing
Dope
nice build. also, small tip, try to limit/normalize your audio, track at 6:28 sounds way too loud compared to previous ones
nice build, ive wondering how if rx782 in black looks like and you make it
小さいのに凄いです。カッコいい❗
ありがとう!!
Good Job!
I could learn how to use light gray panel line accent color. I used it for white parts but did not work well.
with the grey paint on it and some color coming through it looks like phase shift armor is ether activating or turning off
nice 👍
Why didn't you paint the star in the shield red and left it gold? Btw awesome job!
In Okawara's rendition, the shield's star is still yellow, hence the lack of change :)
good~
good!
Where do you get the flat stock your modifying with
Made in Japan No.1
What the stuff you used to connect the ball joints?
Do you take commissions?
Hello! I love the custom build. Might have to experiment on my EG as well. Is there a link to the cutting mat by any chance? Thank you!!!

@@HayHayWorkshop ohh that's awesome! we have one close to us as well. Thank you for answering! Keep up the good work!
oil color...hmmm...I haven't used it before, which thinner for it? Is it not like enamel paint that erosive?

how come you left the yellow star yellow? in the drawing its red just wondering why the change
New friend pho 😎
more seems like real type color
i tried to sand my first gunpla (did it yesterday) but i think i got it all wrong and it didn't look clean. so i decided not to sand the other parts.
It's all good, experiment and have fun with it! It takes time and experience to achieve something you're gonna be satisfied with!
I love you ❤❤❤❤❤❤
is this the same as the rx 78-01
Where you get that decals
what is that white thing you were gluing to the model, like in the shoulder?

@@HayHayWorkshop no, the white things you glued to the shoulders to make them bigger and then you sculpted/sanded down
@@berserksamurai ahh, that's plastic styrene, cut into a rough shape. It's then glued, down, sanded down. Once the primer goes down, it disappears
@@HayHayWorkshop thanks for clearing that up!
작은차이가 큰 완성도를 만드네요.
감사합니다!
What metal file was that you used on the V Fin?
