I’m so glad to hear you say it’s okay to split your workouts throughout the day! 💕 I typically get my main workout done in the morning, but I walk after lunch with my dogs or later afternoon. There is such a great health benefit to staying active throughout the day not just for staying in shape but for our overall health. Even just adding 10/15 min walk, stretching or light movement after a meal or after work helps our bodies to process and use the fuel/food we’ve just put in our bodies.

My severe anemia keep me from working out. I’m just so tired all the time and then I’m a nurse so I work all the time. After taking care of my kids, working and dealing with my anemia I just don’t have the energy. I still to have yet complete one of your workouts. I have your planner and I already set my goals for February. I hope I can follow through
Are you taking iron? Is it not working? How about trying additional spatone water or floradix as a extra natural boost. You shouldn't be that tired. Please take care of yourself.
A C no my body can’t absorb over the counter iron and it makes me really sick so I have to get iron infusions which even with my insurance is costly and even those don’t seem to help with my energy levels. I’m going to the dr on Wednesday to see if there’s more going on. I’ve always suffered with anemia my whole life but it seems to have gotten worse. I just want to have some energy and thank you I try to take care of myself. These videos that Katie has been doing on Sunday’s are so relaxing

You said carbs and protein after a workout but are some fats okay with that too or try to avoid it until later. The logistics of timing when to eat what has always been a bit confusing to me. (Or if you have a video on that already can someone link it for me)

Hi Annie! Working out at night is totally fine! I would always have some protein after. Greek yogurt with berries and almond butter is a great one.
