    The video title is a bit confusing for me as a German. In German the terms "up" and "down" are typically used in relation to the flow of a river. "Up" means going towards the source of the river, which usually corresponds to moving upstream, and "down" means going towards the mouth of the river, which corresponds to moving downstream, regardless of cardinal directions like north or south xD
