Really clever hat design, thanks for sharing. I tried to purchase at Ravelry and your website But both only except Paypal. I don’t use that company any longer. Is there another accepted payment choice? Tks

I can’t believe you charging people for this pattern. Pay it forward give a free pattern it’s ridiculous.

    • @ysoldateague

I have several free patterns, and it's important to me to continue to offer patterns that are accessible to knitters with all budgets. At the same time, patterns are always work to produce, and the difficulty level of a pattern doesn't have much relationship with the work that goes into that production. Leith includes multiple step-by-step tutorials and lots of guidance for beginners. My professional team are, absolutely, paid for their work in producing and supporting both my free and paid patterns, as I'm sure you'd expect to be paid for your work at a job. If paying for the pattern doesn't suit you, that's absolutely fine, there are millions of free patterns available. Judging any designer's choice on whether to make a pattern free or not, especially in the comments of a free video, is completely unnecessary.

I can't believe you're trying to tear a woman down who's trying to earn a living. Making a pattern is work and she deserves compensation!
