Sweet Soup Recipe by Dan Hong

The perfect way to end any meal is with Sweet Soup by Dan Hong for dessert!

Ingredients:
Coconut Granita
1 young coconut, water
1 tbsp sugar syrup, or to taste
200g Spiral Foods Organic Coconut Milk
1 mango, diced
1 grapefruit or pomelo, wedged
1 tin of jackfruit, sliced
1 tin of lychees, chopped
2 tsp nata de coco
1-2 red finger limes
