THIS IS A BRILLIANT AND MOVING TRIBUTE TO A MUSICAL GENIUS I HAD COME TO RESPECT AND ADMIRE.....WHAT A WONDERFUL GIFT YOU'VE COMPOSED IN HIS MEMORY...IT IS RAVISHING.
My introduction to Johann's work was through IBM 1401 Processing Unit being used as background music in Charlie Brooker's Newswipe. He was an extremely talented composer and will be greatly missed.
Seeing this performance reminds me of when I saw a video from a radio station. Jóhann used a bow (like the ones used on string instruments like violins) on a glockenspiel. It also gives me a question: Have you ever thought about doing something like that yourself? Or do you have any plans of doing something like that in the future?
RIP Johann Johannsson. You Are in a better place!

Ace this was hauntingly beautiful and you've truly outdone yourself. An immersive soundscape that makes me emotional. Jóhann would be proud.
