+Logger Wade we had that machine on our main job in March and that's the last time we've run it there. We used it cutting those storm blocks and have another one of those we are fixing to cut.
very smooth and efficient. I feel like you all have one of the best well oil logging groups i've seen. it was also cool seeing a new perspective, so once again great video!
Good video Tim. Thats the first rubber tire feller buncher i ever got to see up close. Everything we have around here are track machines. Have a great week.
Tim do y'all normally cut plantations that have been thinned or natural stands? If it is plantations are they bad about planting the rows across the hill instead of with the hills? here in Northwest florida lower Alabama 99% of the time they are planted against the hill and it makes it very hard to thin
+andrew lozano we cut both but more planted stands than natural. They plant ours the same way as y'alls. Most of what we cut is so steep that it never gets thinned.
I can see that requires some intense concentration. I would imagine he is pretty worn out by the end of the day mentally and from being bounced around. I guess he gets off that machine now and again to relax some. That looks like one of the hardest jobs out there.
Great video. I find this very interesting because we don't have rubber tire bunchers here in the northwest. There isn't enough flat ground to justify having one. The guy running this one seems to be pretty dam good. He's moving right along not wasting any time.
Love this in the cab cutter videos. Tim you should have got him to at least talk. Should get some with Derrick running his 830. Thanks again for awesome video.
Very interesting. I love big machinery, love driving but have only driven tour coaches, flat bed "beavertail" recovery trucks and limousines doing chauffeuring work. Would have loved to operate big machinery and heavy haulage/oversized loads trucks, that would have been my heaven :)
I must say Chad you sure know that machine like the back of your hand. I operated heavy equipment for 10 years and the more you operate it the better you get. The old saying is Practice makes perfect.
AWESOME!!! VIDEO!!!💯🌲💯🌲💯🌲❤️
Smooth operator his phone never moved. 👌
He does a good job, how many hours on that bad boy
+Logger Wade it has over 11k on it
+cotontop3 I hear that, do you like running it on easy laying ground and in scattered stuff?? What's the thought there I you don't mind my asking

+Dave Schuetrum I did all the cutting from 1988-1999 and it's a tough job especially if you're in some rough ground. The track cutter isn't as bad.
thats pretty awesome. i want to run one
Chad getting it done!
dam fine vid Tim Ole Chad is a good hand!
Is this your machine? I know you have the tracked cutter but didn't know you had a wheel machine too
+Austin Flager yes it's our machine.
Cool stuff men. Thanks! How about a video of Chad racing at the dirt track?
I can see why y'all keep Chad around, he's a good operator!
