Looking to relocate from New England. Do new construction homes tend to include central air like homes in Florida? Or, is this considered an upgrade in South Carolina? We are considering Cane Bay ans Summers Corner.
Not all of Summerville is in Berkeley County. Traffic is horrendous (plus people don't know how to drive). Iin Summerville, there are not many through roads. You seem to be EXTREMELY biased toward Mount Pleasant.
I don’t believe I said that. Summerville is Berkeley, Dorchester and a very small part of Charleston county. I did mention the traffic in both areas. And I have said in other videos that I do love Mt Pleasant, but I do try to be as objective as possible in my videos and don’t think I gave much opinion in this one. Thanks for watching!
There is no where to fit them! Charleston and the Surrounding area is full! Traffic is horrible! prices are through the roof! Overdevelopment! Charleston housing is 35% higher than the national Average

Hello! Central air is a minimum standard here. :)
If you can afford it, Mount Pleasant is the most desirable area.
